For moments of relaxation, the house features a swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam room. Perfect for unwinding and recharging your batteries. Enjoy the ocean view from the shared rooftop terrace and let yourself be enchanted by the unique sunsets.

The quiet location right on the edge of the Wernerwald is ideal: The promenade, with its restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and small shops, is just a short walk away. Numerous recreational activities—such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, walking, jogging, or a visit to the forest pool or the beach—are also available in the immediate vicinity.

Haus Frauenpreiss is situated in an idyllic location, right next to the Wernerwald, the outdoor forest pool, the adventure playground, and the climbing park. Just about 400 meters away, you’ll find the sandy beach, the promenade, as well as a variety of restaurants, cafés, and the bakery. The dog beach is also easily accessible from here.

An exclusive wellness area awaits you, which you can conveniently reach by elevator. In a spacious 344 m² area, you can relax and unwind to your heart’s content from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The swimming pool, with a pleasant water temperature of approximately 28 °C, measures approximately 12 x 6 meters and offers plenty of space for a refreshing swim. A staircase with a handrail provides safe access to the water, and you can activate the counter-current system with the push of a button.

The sauna area offers a relaxing break with an extra-cold shower, a relaxation room, and a small outdoor area that invites you to linger. The communal sauna and steam room can be used for just €3 (in €1 coins).
