On the 4th floor, which you can easily reach by elevator, a bright living and dining area awaits you. A sofa bed for two people is available here. There are also two separate bedrooms on this level.
One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and an additional single bed, making it particularly well-suited for families. The second bedroom offers additional comfortable sleeping space with a double bed. The bedroom features a double bed with a single, continuous mattress, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable sleeping surface. All three rooms are equipped with a TV. The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on the 4th floor.

A staircase leads you to the 5th floor. From here, you have access to the shared rooftop terrace, which is exclusively available to the penthouse apartments. Enjoy the ocean view under the open sky here.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering: stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. Dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are, of course, provided.
