This modern, beachfront vacation rental on the 2nd floor (elevator available) with a partial ocean view from the balcony in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg offers plenty of space for up to 7 people. It features two separate bedrooms and two additional sleeping spots on the cozy, fold-out sofa bed in the living room.
The enclosed kitchen with a balcony is fully equipped. From a ceramic cooktop to an oven and dishwasher, to a microwave and refrigerator with a freezer compartment—it has everything you could want. All kitchen utensils are also provided, so you can feel right at home. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or on one of the two balconies, from which you can take in the view of the sea and the forest.

The sandy beach and the Sahlenburg beach promenade, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops, are about a 200-meter walk away.
It’s also ideal for a vacation with your dog, as the dog beach and the Wernerwald are within walking distance.

After a long bike ride, you can store your bikes in the bike storage room.
For your laundry, you’ll find a washer/dryer combo in the apartment.

The modern Nordseebrandung apartment building in Cuxhaven’s Sahlenburg spa district is just a 2-minute walk from Sahlenburg’s sandy beach. Most of the apartments in the Nordseebrandung offer a view of the sea and the mudflat carts as they depart. The new and modernly furnished apartments are partially wheelchair-accessible and accommodate 2 to 7 people. Ideal for family vacations—even with a dog—right on the beach. The building features an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Many apartments have their own washer/dryer combo inside the unit at no additional charge. A private parking space right next to the building can be rented. Bicycle storage is provided. Behind the building is a small playground with seating areas.
