"For some reason didn’t receive check in information until I had to call VRBO at time of check in and get info. Otherwise, it was a rustic cabin across the street from Hamlin. Clean and quiet. Owner was accommodating to allow me to stay additional night. No concerns"

"The cottage was so cute, clean, and up to date. Very close to beautiful Lake MI and Silver Lake. Walk a short distance to heated pool, awesome, as Lake MI was freezing! Enjoyed the dune buggy Ride, the ice cream shop, walks on the beach,and campfires and singing away. I love to swim so the heated pool was #1. The hostess was super responsive and helpful!"

"This is a great place for people who are not interested in fussiness or frills and just want to enjoy a comfortable cottage in a gorgeous, great location. You’ve got to bring along a lot of your own stuff (towels, dish soap, sponge, bath soap, paper towels, extra toilet paper, that sort of thing), there’s no air conditioning, and my Verizon phone signal was better than the wifi even at full strength. But that’s not what we came for! We came to enjoy the area, and it was perfect for us. Very tidy...

"We pulled in late in the afternoon, easy entrance to the Cottage with instructions provided. Just as pictured, very clean, WiFi provided worked well. We didn’t need anything other than food and toiletries… plenty of room inside and a fire pit and grill outside. 3 full size beds, was a tight squeeze for my husband and I, because our Poodle Cookie is used to sleeping in a King…lol but we managed. "We can a great time at this Lakehouse. The group consisted of 6 siblings and their spouses - a total of 10 people Very roomy and airy inside the house. The deck and view of the lake were amazing. We spent each night at the bonfire and just talked about our families and life in general. We also watched the International Space Station pass over each night. Brian and his wife Amy made out stay very memorable and I would definitely recommend this Lakehouse."
