"We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. "We were very disappointed with the accommodation.it was very basic with rust and mildew around the shower and on the soap tray in the shower. Kitchen was basic and it seemed most things like the kettle were old and needed replacing. Beds quite uncomfortable and bedding well used.
