"Everything was perfect and good"

"The hallway had an unpleasant smell, and the floor was damaged. I noticed several broken tiles that were only covered with tape, which felt unsafe, especially for kids who could easily trip over them. The room also had a moldy smell upon arrival. In addition, there were no towels provided when I checked in, and I was informed that they would only be available by 7 PM And wifi is terrible i can barely search using the wifi. "

"I like the fact that there's a kitchen, and extra rooms for family. The apartment hotel is getting dated. You can hear road noise at night. We had to call and have the sink in the bathroom unclogged. Staff was helpful and friendly. When arriving or leaving the Philippines take a grab, which is like calling for an Uber but a lot cheaper. The hotel shuttle cost twice what a grab costs. There's a little Cafe on the second floor. The food is good and reasonable."

"Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold."

"Clean and ok for a budget room, NO TOILET SEAT. Let me say that again NO TOILET SEAT. And when I asked for one I was told, they don’t supply and offer no explanation to why there was NO TOILET SEAT, IF I Would have know there was NO TOILET SEAT I would have never booked a room here"

"Let’s start by saying the pictures look different from what you get!! First the room is so small. If you have two large suitcases. Good luck! Second!! Place was dirty when. I arrived. Tired had a leak in bathroom that I reported on the frist day. And several times each day during my stay I had someone come asking about the leak. Not one person fixed it! So sleep was not happening! Banging on the door 6am 8am noon. And it’s always a new person asking about it. The final straw for me was finding...

"No washing machine in the unit. The laundry was added to the website but technically it was on the main floor and outside the condo building. Limited kitchen staff and only 1 covered can be used, and the rest were locked. The bedroom has no window and no AC just the fun and no closet and bedstand corner available. The pillows weren’t enough. Not all elevators work. Has to pay an extra 150 pesos per person for the pool access. Expensive to stay for limited access."
