"Dark outdated room with selected furniture in terrible shape, lampshades were so old they were yellow and the wattage on the lamps was so low it was hard to see. They ran out of hot water in the morning and handled it very badly, getting me off the phone quickly when I called to report the problem and then not explaining to me how long it was going to take since an outside company had to get there and come into make the repair. Was slightly compensated on the bill for the lack of hot water. The...

"Room was clean but had a little bit of a musty smell (think it was the air conditioner) but wasn’t overwhelming. Bed was very comfortable & staff were awesome!! Friendly, helpful and would go out of their way to help with anything, and this was not just one person, every staff member I came into contact with was over the top friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend. Great stay!!"
