Stunning, Private 2-room Studio; w/Hot Tub Access

Enjoy the beauty of nature in our beautiful private 2 room studio. Located in Culpeper County Virginia, you are minutes away from world class dining, wineries, great breweries while only 20 minutes from Shenandoah National Park.

Retreat to the deck for an evening soak in the hot tub after a day of exploring the area.

This space provides a queen bed, plenty of sitting space, full private bathroom, walk in closet, 50 inch smart TV, WIFI, mini fridge, ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker.

We do allow dogs, however they will need to stay in our large out door kennel, which is located just outside the studio under the screened in porch, The kennel is protected from weather. Harold is highly allergic to dogs, so unfortunately we can't allow them to stay in the house. We totally understand that his might not work for everyone. We built the kennel so our children could visit with their furry friends.

Easy recommendation

Sandy and Harold were wonderful hosts. The rental was spacious, clean, and very nice. They have a beautiful home and property, and their love and care for it show. 10 minutes from Culpeper too! Very easy to recommend their rental.

Beautiful property and great amenities!

I was only here one night, but there were so many lovely amenities. It was surprisingly easy to find, very comfortable, stylish, and clean. I didn’t get to use the hot tub but hope to come back. I had a great time!

Check-in process was very easy, we were there for a short stay so we didn’t get to use all of the amenities but they had lots of board games, yard games, the hot tub, etc. everything was clean and cozy. Nice fireplace and sound machine that created great ambiance. And the hosts were very quick to respond to messages.

This was a perfect setup and design for a quick trip to Culpeper. The area is beautiful, the location was clean and beautiful with lots of areas to sit and relax.
