Smith Lake Alabama Cabin’s - C

Comes with a water trampoline!!! There are 3 cabins available for rent on the same large lot that can be rented together for larger groups or individually. Cabin A sits on top of Cabin B (Duplex), and Cabin C (this cabin) is on the other side of the property. There are two large swim piers to share. With room for 4 large boats. Each cabin has 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Please note, this is Cabin C.

Experience the beauty of Smith Lake from the rocking chairs on the large front porch. The lot is fully manicured and shaded, making it a cool shaded place for kids to play and to take a break from the sun.

Jump in and enjoy the year round deep water from the 14x20 swim pier complete with a ladder and boat dock.

If your a fisherman, our fish are fed regularly and are easy to catch off the pier.

After a long day of playing, kick back and relax in the cabin complete with cozy furniture, wifi, smart tv and a rustic feel.

This cabin has 2 Queen beds, one reclining loveseat and one reclining sofa.

We provide an outdoor charcoal grill for your pleasure.

Location is everything! We are located 5 minutes from Dodge City, 15 minutes from Cullman, 40 minutes from Birmingham, and 55 minutes from Huntsville.

The lake lot lays well -just walk through the yard to the dock walkway and you are on the water-you dont have to go down hundreds of steps to get to the water. We recently added additional parking at the road. Allowing easy access for 3 rigs with boats to back down into parking near the cabins and two additional rigs with boats to easily pull in and out at the entrance. There is ample parking for cars as well.

Excellent Experience

Our stay was phenomenal! I absolutely loved the interior of the cabin and the coziness it offered. Everything was excellently cleaned and well kept, the condition of the property was excellent, and the view of the lake from the porch was very nice. The only chief complaint I have is that both beds are very firm and bedframes are squeaky. To some the beds being firm is a plus, but to my wife and I we prefer medium firmness beds. It doesn't detract too much from the stay, so all in all, it was excellent. We definitely want to come back!

Quaint Cabin with beautiful views

We loved our stay! What a gorgeous rustic cabin. We had everything we needed and were close enough to town to grab any essentials.Gorgeous property and the host was very easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Nice view

Cabin was nice. Lighting was a little dim. Says pet friendly but then once booked it said no pets on the furniture so I didn’t get to bring my pets. Was grilling and the camping grill collapsed from being rusted out.

Holiday with Wedding Event

Quiet and lovely area overlooking the water. Cabin was perfect size for the 2 of us and enough seating when our adult children stopped by for a brief visit. Oven is small if you plan on cooking inside allow extra time for multiple rotations. But in the summer most cooking would be on the grills outside. Only issues we had was the wi-fi password was not located on the router and the thermostat could not be adjusted above 68 degrees. With the weather dropping down into the high 20s it would have been nice to raise the temp alittle bit.

Cabin on the Lake

The cabin was perfect for our needs. A little disappointed in cleanliness. Because, you allow dogs my allergies were all over the place and hoping your cleaning service will try harder to go behind others abd and wash blankets or bedding. No dishwasher so staff should make sure dishes have been washed properly.

Nice location - cabin was filthy and not maintained

Disappointed with the cleanliness / upkeep of the cabin. 1. The floors were absolutely filthy. 2. The bath towels were dirty and full of hair. 3. The trash can was filthy and smelled. 4. The table on the front porch was dirty. 5. Many burnt out lights on the front porch. 6. None of the lamps worked in the house. 7. The kitchen light did not work. 8. Broken toilet seat. Thanks for fixing. 9. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. 10. Kitchen oven was filthy. Other issues: The directions were poor. Took us 30 minutes to find the location. There was no information on where the key was located.

Cabin is very cute very rural on the lake. Beautiful scenery. Unfortunately there was no front porch light, some lamps didn’t work. No trash bags no sponge to clean dishes, no paper towels. Only a little soap left and one toilet paper refill for 5 of us . Also said that there were two futons but unfortunately they’re not futons. They are couches that recline so we had to have one of the kids sleep on a couch..

Smith Lake cabin

Location was great, access with a boat was difficult. We had 2 boats , had to leave one up the hill from the cabin. Struggled with the tv, as the internet was very slow. My wife and I slept in one bed, a friend slept in the other bed and my dad slept on the couch.dont know where anyone else would have slept. Overall, a decent place to stay as we were there on a fishing trip. I

Great cabin. Great price.

We loved the cabin. It’s very nice. We had an amazing time going to Rickwood caverns and surrounding sights. Will definitely be renting again. Host was very nice and helpful.

Great Little Cabin on the Lake

We had a great stay at the cabin! It was perfect for our needs. Beds are comfortable. The spot on the lake is awesome with a beautiful view. Will stay again next time I am in the area.

Wonderful place for a get away!!

The best place my family and I have stayed on Smith Lake and we have been going there annually for several years. The place is in an absolute best location for water activities, it is extremely spacious and a very beautiful home that has everything needed.
