The Wind & The Sea, a couples' getaway in Culebra, Puerto Rico

A 1,700 sq. ft. Starlink connected 3 bedroom, 2 bath hillside house facing the predominant breezes with a full kitchen and breathtaking views, a spacious deck overlooking the sea, town and islands beyond. It's perfect for couples and families.
The 3rd bed and bath located downstairs is only available to the 5th and or 6th booked guest.
An ideal location, within walking distance to markets, restaurants, bars and the ferry Terminal.
A 10 minute drive to Flamenco Beach and the snorkeling beaches along the road to Melones are within walking distance. The house is attractively furnished, well equipped, and everything is quality as it’s also my vacation home.

This was one of the best VRBO experiences to date. The location was perfect, the host was very helpful and the communication was fantastic. It was so nice to have everything you could need plus things you didn’t know you needed but glad you had. When I come back to the island, I will stay here again!

Loved it!

My family had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable and the view from the deck was amazing. It's a great location - close to town and restaurants and a short drive to great snorkeling. We would definitely return next time were on Culebra!

Very clean, very airy, lovely views, beautiful artwork and everything provided to make for a wonderful vacation. We love the location in town but easy access to beaches! The owner was very helpful and we can not wait to come back!

Location, location, location

This is our second time staying here. We came 2 years ago for our honeymoon and came back. We love the location and the view of the bay and central location in town and easy access to all the beaches and reefs.

Stay with a view

Comfortable home with an amazing view. Enjoyed relaxing and eating on the deck overlooking both the bay and ocean. Close to local restaurants and groceries if you don't mind walking up the steep hill home.

Magical memories!

The wind and view alone are reasons to stay here. However, the house is also amazing, the showers, beds and outdoor lounging are all very cozy and lovely. Waking and walking downtown for coffee is fun and the short golf cart drive to Melones is always momentous. William is a great host, we will stay again next time we visit.

This rental has it all! The view, decor and chilled glasses in the freezer, just to name a few of the perks of this abode. Definitely recommend but would really like to keep this place a secret. Hopefully we can return next year!

Amazing as always!

This house is a dream to stay in. The wind, view and downtown access is wonderful. The kitchen is great for cooking, showers are fabulous and laundry is easy to do. A short walk to the ferry makes it easy to come on the island at any time of day. Highly recommended.

Lovely Culebra home

Wonderful place! Spotlessly clean. Incredible views. The deck is the best! A truly lovely place to stay. The beds were really comfortable which is a must after spending many hours snorkeling at Culebra's outstanding beaches. The neighborhood chickens have a great deal to say on many topics, but not a deal-breaker. Again, wonderful place!

We had a really wonderful stay here! The location to the downtown area and ferry was perfect. It made getting around by golf cart very easy. It does get hot not having AC in the living area but the outdoor deck made it all better. It was definitely our favorite spot to hang out when we were at the house. The bedrooms were perfect and cool though and aside from the lively roosters early in the morning, we slept very well!! We will absolutely be back and will definitely stay here again! Will was so helpful and gave us great advice on literally everything and anything having to do with Culebra!

Such a fantastic time in Culebra and the best place to stay!

We really enjoyed our time in Culebra and at Williams slice of heaven. The time on the porch was the absolute best!! Watching the birds, the bay and the boats was so relaxing in the am and at night. We enjoyed our chicken fan club when we were leaving for the day! We would definitely stay at Williams place if we get the opportunity to visit again!

Wonderful and stylish

The house was modern, stylish, and comfortable- even better than the photos. We appreciated that every small detail had been considered, such as the binoculars to bird watch and the cooler to take to the beach. Moreover, the home is decorated with true style with original artworks, as befits the owner who is an artist. Super easy check in and very responsive and nice host!

Culebra Memorial Day

The place was perfectly clean, comfortable and had a great view. It was nice to have chairs for the beach and a decent kitchen setup to cook breakfast. I will confirm that the neighborhood is loud and the hill is steep. However, the short walk to town is very convenient and the rental golf-cart made it up and down the hill just fine.

Vacation to Puerto Rico

Our family loves the beach and water. We had enjpyed many years of spending our vacations on the NC coast. This year we wanted to see something new. Culebra has beautiful beaches. This little house is very close to the Ferry-3 min walk! We rented a Jeep per Will’s suggestion. Ate at Mamacitas-highly recommend. Would recommend this little island and the house. The back porch has a beautiful view. Perfect place for morning yoga or pilates! My girls enjoyed the hammock for reading.

Fabulous view

Even though it’s up hill it’s a short walk to town. Accessible to good restaurant a short ride to the beach. The view is espectacular. The kitchen is well equipped. We had breakfasts with the best view and diner once. A petty I can’t add a picture of the view.

Beautiful Views & Excellent Location!

The view of the harbor from the balcony is stunning. You also get a great view of Dewey. The house is clean, and the beds are comfortable. There is air in both bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. The location could not get much better. Everything in town is within a 5 minute golf cart ride. Flamenco Beach is an easy 10 minute trek. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Trip

The Wind and The Sea is a spectacular home. It was the perfect place for us. The views, the evening breeze and the close proximity to dining and shopping are just a few of the great things we enjoyed. The snorkeling around the island was fantastic (Melones beach is our favorite and the closest to the villa). The home was exactly as advertised, even better really. I look forward to visiting Culebra again and will most certainly try to rent The Wind and The Sea again! 5++++ stars!
