"Lovely place just as pictured, but as someone with mobility issues the shower access should be photographed better. The shower base is about 18inches above the floor with no grab bars. As such it was to inaccessable for me. I was very dissappointed, basin washes were the go, with bending into the shower to wash my hair using the hand shower! "We had a lovely stay at Bilbrook nice size for the 3 of us. The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor."

"The room was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! The pub below is a bit noisy at night and can go quite late but was ok with ear plugs. There were also different addresses on the listing and I couldn’t reach the host to confirm, but thankfully there is only 1 pub in the village so I was able to confirm the address through emailing the pub directly and they responded very quickly via email.Just a couple minutes drive from the coast - it’s such a beautiful area!"
