The villa offers breathtaking 180 degree views of the ocean, Orient Bay beach, the small island of Caye Verte, Tintamarre and the beautiful island of Saint Barthelemy. But there will not be only the view that will seduce you. With its charm and authentic style, the villa is a true haven of peace.

Thought like a hideaway, the house offers plenty of relaxation areas, be it around its swimming pool with breathtaking panoramic sea views, or hidden in the middle of the tropical garden. Mixing, modernity and authenticity, the bohemian chic style of the villa is quite unique and makes it a popular place for aficionados of authentic wooden houses in the Caribbean.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you will find all the necessary comfort for a good time. The bohemian chic style of Balinese inspiration will carry you in a world zen and exotic, all that we seek for our holidays!

A quality architecture, a construction using noble wood, a refined decoration as well as the quality of the equipment make the villa a place of unique life.

THE VILLA IN DETAIL
The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 5 people easily.
- 1 master Bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed, private bath and toilet

LOCATION
The villa is located in the quiet and secure residence of Park View in Cul de Sac, a popular and charming area on the French side of Saint Martin. Overlooking Orient Bay Beach, the islands of Caye Verte, Tintamarre and St. Barth in the distance. A breathtaking view. The famous Pînel islet is 2 minutes by car. Grand Case and its restaurants is 5 minutes' drive away, as is the popular Orient Bay Beach.
Also close to all shops (<5 minutes by car: supermarkets, bakery, shopping ...).

Beautiful Villa in Paradise

My wife and I booked the Villa for a fun and romantic vacation to beautiful St. Martin. The villa did NOT disappoint. It is even more beautiful and amazing in person than in the pictures. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and comes with essentially everything that you might need, and the views....Wow! The views are stunning! The villa is extremely well maintained, very clean (in fact, spotless), and the furnishings and overall decor are gorgeous. The private pool was one of our must haves and it was very private, quiet, amazing and peaceful. The location is great - close to a grocery store, shops, a bank, and a short drive to restaurants, bars, and the beach! Valerie and Sarah were excellent to work with and extremely helpful with all of our questions. We will be returning to St. Martin and this Villa very soon! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing villa, great host !!

We stayed at this villa for a week and had a great time. The views are breathtaking, better than the pictures. The access to the villa is very easy, the villa is part of a gated community ,which makes you feel even safer. There is parking on the premises as well, very convenient. The villa is beautiful, very clean, the spacious kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need, the living room is great, spacious with beautiful views, bedrooms have very comfortable beds, very spacious, plenty of closet space, large bathrooms, very clean and the outdoor showers are amazing ! The front deck, the infinity pool were perfect and the sunrises and sunsets were stunning! Valerie is an amazing host, she is so friendly and responded to all my questions right away. Even though check in is at 4 pm bc our flight was arriving at 2 she accommodated us early right away. She gave us very helpful information about the area, shops, beaches, etc, she even booked a restaurant for us, she was always available and ready to help and we appreciate that so much!! This was our first time in St. Martin and we will definitely visit and stay at this beautiful villa again.

Amazing views

This house was just perfect for our first visit to St. Martin! It’s a great location and the views are amazing! It’s a great space for two or three couples. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to three great beaches. There’s a cute grocery store down the hill and some other stores! The outdoor shower was my favorite…I never used the shower inside because the outdoor one was so amazing. The area is quiet and Valerie is a fantastic host and she was helped us out with anything we needed. I highly recommend this villa…you’ll love it!!!!!

Stunning property close to everything.

Postcard views are an understatement here. The property provided an amazing stay for our family and Valerie + Sarah made sure of that. The photos dont begin to represent the views and the space. The house is well appointed with all the necessities for extended stays as we cooked in the home for most our meals. At times the cooktop was temperamental and the knives needed a good sharpening, but overall fit the need. Mornings were spent in the outdoor seating warming up for the day and the pool was perfect for those hot afternoons. The evenings were spent in the lounge chairs under the stars, listening to the ocean. Of note - the third bedroom is an entire suite next to the main house with sitting area. We are already planning our return trip to this amazing space.

Highly Recommend, wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Valerie's property in Cul-de-Sac, St. Martin. Valerie and her daughter Sarah went above and beyond to ensure my wife and infant son (5 months) were comfortable the entire time. The views from the villa and location were perfect (very close to Pinel Island, Grand Case, Orient Beach, and several shops / grocery stores). We used every bit of the house (washing machine, dishwasher, stove/oven, grill, etc.), and the pool and outdoor spaces were terrific. We would absolutely love to return and stay here again.

Yl y a déja un mois que nous sommes partis de st martin, lieu paradisiaque et soleil qui nous a permis de recharger nos batteries pour affronter l'hiver de la métropole. WE WILL BE BACK!!

The pictures for this property does not do it justice. The sunrise and sunset views are AMAZING!!! Charlyne was very helpful and quick to assist with our questions. You could not ask for a better location. Grand case has great local dining choices and Orient Beach is a 5 min drive. This has been one of the best vacations we have had in a long time. I look forward to staying again. Thanks for a TERRIFIC WEEK!!

Great place, great view, great people

The villa was super, and what about the view! Great welcome by Charlyne and great advice on where to go! Villa well located, near Orient Bay where all the action is! The only negative point was that the oven and stove are not working well, it was tough to cook for a group of 8. Besides that, no negative point. Thanks again for the nice week.

Just fantastic!

The villa is absolutely beautiful - very casual and elegant. The bedrooms were each lovely and the kitchen and common area areas well. We especially loved the outdoor space under the porch and by the pool, as well as the gorgeous garden. And the view - it's incredible! The pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids and accommodated all of them for marco polo games and swim meets. Finally, the location of the house is perfect on a quiet road, but still close to a small store (2 mins) and a larger supermarket (5) minutes, as well as many gorgeous beaches including Galion, Pinel, Anse Marcel, Friars, Happy Beach, and Orient! Valerie was wonderful also - incredibly helpful and responsive. Very quick to help us with any questions and a lovely (and herself very elegant!) person to meet on the island. We so appreciated all your assistance Valerie - many thanks for a wonderful stay at your villa!
