We had an incredible stay for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, our hosts were thoughtful, attentive, and quick to respond to anything we needed. Their care truly elevated the experience and allowed us to make the most of our time on the island.The villa itself was perfect. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt completely safe and private. Every detail was considered. The space had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation, and then some. We loved how comfortable and well equipped it was, which made it so easy to settle in and enjoy every moment. You are in close proximity (10 minute drive) to several incredible beaches and restaurants and the opportunity to kayak across to Pinel Island really pushed the experience over the edge for us.This was the ideal place to celebrate such a special occasion. We would (and intend to!) return in a heartbeat and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an exceptional getaway. Thank you Melissa, Kevin, and Nina!

What a beautiful villa! We felt lucky that we chose such a great location on Orient Bay. We enjoyed the pool, hanging out on our private beach, kayaking to Pinel Island - sharing dinner/drinks on the property. Our hosts - shout out to Kevin - always responded if we had questions. Beautiful island - it was the perfect get-away! We hope to return!

Ahh-mazing!

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we booked, Nina has been nothing but perfection! From meeting us at our villa, to recommendations, to emergency dentist appointments and everything in between, by far the best! The villa perfect! It was exactly and I mean exactly like the photos and descriptions! The views perfect! The kayaking and snorkeling to Pinel Island was fantastic! Grand Case beach club had great lunch and beach! I highly recommend the villa and will definitely be back!! Thank you Nina!! A picture of “Bob” our wonderful visitor while we were there.

Simply Amazing

We had an amazing stay at the Villa. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and private. We selected it for our anniversary, and it did not disappoint. The views are stunning, and we spent a lot of time exploring the bay on kayaks, stopping at Pinel for lunch/cocktails. The villa is fully equipped for cooking. We enjoyed our meals on the patio overlooking the water. The communication with Melissa was excellent; she made numerous recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. She was so helpful and kind! We would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful Villa as described, great location with the Best view. Thank you for sharing this beautiful Villa. We had a great trip, easy to get to groceries & restaurants. The view was amazing and we kayaked every day. Highly recommend making reservations at Pinel Island for lunch. Communication with staff was excellent. Every Restaurant we dined at was delicious and consistent. We also did a full Day with Captain Jo to Anguilla and it was amazing with such a friendly crew and the best Pina Colada’s:)

Great place to spend a week

Our group was 2 couples traveling for New Years Eve. This rental was perfect for us. There are 2 equal master bedrooms connected to the main common area and another nice nanny or children's room on the side. It is beautifully furnished with an open kitchen and living room. Big sliding doors open to a patio/pool deck overlooking the bay and ocean. To reach the kayaks and paddle boards, there's a short ramp to get into the water from a sandy, beach-like back yard. The house managers were super responsive to every request. We enjoyed the location near Orient Beach and all of its restaurants. Grand Case with more restaurants isn't far. We had a rental car, but booked a taxi in advance for evening reservations as the roads are hilly, narrow and dark. As for restaurants, all the ones we went to were great. The island is very Frenchy and it is reflected in their food. All in all, St. Martin and this house provided us with a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful stay!

We had a really wonderful stay! The house was clean and even better than pictured. My kids had a great time in the pool and we took kayaks to pinel island a few times (amazing place!) There were also iguanas and lizards hanging out on the rocks in front of the house, which the kids loved seeing. We unfortunately had an issue with a water strike during our stay, but Kevin, Nina and Melissa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable (they had a cistern available and brought us fresh towels, did our laundry etc). Thank you! We would love to come back and highly recommend to everyone!

Family & Friends Trip to St. Martin

My group of six had a great time in St. Martin. This property is definitely one to stay at. Kayaking to Pinel Island was easy and enjoyable. Communication with Nina, Melissa, and Kevin (Property Managers) was great. Thanks again to all of them!!

Villa Cal Mar SPECTACULAR!!

Everything about this property was exceptional! Location, beautiful villa, cleanliness and the wonderful management team Nina, Kevin & Melissa! They were so helpful on local recommendations and anything we needed they were instantly available. We will definitely be back! Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful property. Birthday celebration

What a gem of a house and location for our birthday celebration for my sister. Our hosts could not have been better and the house was immaculate and so well stocked. We utilized the private chef for one of the evenings but cooked the rest of our meals. The house is close to a main supermarket. We are already planning our return!

Paradise!

Villa Cala Mar is absolutely stunning! The villa has everything you need to make your holiday wonderful. The home is very comfortable and has everything you need to cook if you just want to spend your time at the villa. The private beach at the villa is nice and there are three kayaks available to take to Pinel or just cruise the area. We went with three couples and had the best week. Nina and Kevin are excellent host. I highly recommend the concierge package. Nina and Kevin arranged all of our dinners and made the reservations, grocery shopping, boat rental, etc. Also a must, reserve a boat for the day. Great way to see the island and visit private beaches. The location of Villa Cala Mar is close to all the beautiful beaches and restaraunts. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

Vacation Paradise

Our group of five plus a one year old could not have chosen a more perfect location for a dream vacation!!! The villa was beautiful, comfortable for all and included everything to ensure our vacation was stress free and lots of fun!!!! Every morning started off with a swim in the gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean, who could ask for more. Each of the three bedrooms had king size beds that were super comfortable, the kitchen was great and the outdoor patio was our favorite gathering spot for gazing at the ocean. Nina and Kevin are the best, they met us on arrival and departure and were always available at a moments notice if we needed something. BEST vacation our group has had!!!!! We will definitely return to this paradise on earth.

Best place to stay in St-Martin

If you're looking for a villa by the ocean in St-Martin, look no further, this is the place. First off is the location: Situated right by the water on Cul-de Sac bay, the area is surrounded by mountains and facing Pinel Island. The area has mostly been rebuilt since hurricane Irma. It is a gated community so very safe. The views of the bay are spectacular. Orient bay is only a few minutes away, with lovely shops and restaurants and many beach clubs to choose from. Next, the villa itself is just wonderful. The outdoor area including inground pool, dinning and lounging area, not to mention the private beach are where we spent 90% of our time. It doesn’t get any better than this. We enjoyed the 3 kayaks and snorkeling gear. We explored Pinel Island just 15 min away by kayak, had lunch there and enjoyed just chilling out at the sand bar in the middle of the bay. The 2 main bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities you would expect. We were 3 couples, and the size of the villa was perfect. Just consider that the 3rd bedroom which is accesible only from the outside is comfortable but not at the same level as the 2 main bedrooms. Lastly, our stay would not have been as wonderful without Kevin and Nina the property manangers. They are super nice, very attentive and very quick to respond when needed. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay, but Kevin and Nina were on top of it at a moments notice, so it did not impact our stay at all. Hats off to them.

Beautiful House, Perfect Location

This property is absolutely beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. We spent my birthday here with friends and had the most magnificent trip. We used the kayaks several times to explore Pinal island and the surrounding areas. We were close to Orient Bay for shopping and restaurants. Nina was attentive yet non-intrusive. She has done a beautiful job. We are already planning our next trip and will be using Nina again.

Winter Getaway

This property is ideal for 3 couples. Home has 3 BRs with water view and an open floor plan. Lovely outside seating on porch and beach. We used the kayaks daily and it was fun to kayak to Pinel Island for lunch/snorkeling. Nina and Kevin are delightful and responded quickly to all queries and were helpful about things to do. Lots of extras are provided at this property like condiments, snorkeling equipment, bug spray, lanterns, speakers for music, beach towels, etc. We would definitely stay here again!! We used the word “Glorious” to describe our experience!
