"Brief three-night visit while kayaking. We are sensitive to must, molds, and masking fragrances; but no issues here at all. Very clean. Wonderful choice of memory foam mattresses. Lodging is simple one room with two beds, small closet, private bathroom, mini-fridge, and microwave; no kitchenette or table. "I love staying here. It is so clean and comfortable. I loved waking up in the morning and having my coffee on the front porch soaking in the beautiful natural world. It far enough away from town to enjoy the quiet but close enough to grab delicious food for meals. I’ll always stay here when visiting Eminence."

"Exactly as described. Enjoyed walks with our dog down the quiet country road to the pretty creek. Very safe being off leash. Enjoyed kayaking with Windy outfitters just a few miles away. The town is also a few miles away with gas, groceries, eating places. Everyone is so friendly in Missouri! (We are from Illinois). Recommend the Pie Barn in town too. If you enjoy cooking you might bring some sharp knives, maybe a big pot and some dish towels. The hosts provide only one dish cloth and one dish...

"We really enjoyed our stay!! Very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable, jet bathtub to soak your bones after a day on the river, and a great firepit spot by a small creek in the back. We traveled with a 2 year old and this host provides a highchair and a pack and play!! What a convenience!! Highly recommended this stay!!!!"
