First time getting a hotel so I was a bit nervous but they were able to help me with all my questions and made my stay so much

They catfished the room ,was nothing like their pictures on website . When issue was brought up they basically told me to upgrade or cancel they ain’t care because room was paid for already and was nonrefundable terrible experience room was antiquated the furniture full of bite marks for the price they charge for a room expected way more
