Located a few meters from the sea and the main shopping street, let yourself be surprised by the comfort of our Duplex with its breathtaking sea view, located on the top floor of the building.

Enjoy a stay at Stella plage in the best conditions. The Duplex is located on the 4th floor of the building, accessible by lift. The accommodation offers many facilities as well as all the necessary comforts to spend a pleasant moment.

Bicycle storage is available in the building

Access to Le Touquet-Paris-plage:
- 60 min walk by the beach
- 15 min by bike by the cycle paths

The Duplex has been renovated to new.

On the first floor:

The living room is equipped with a high-end sofa bed. If necessary, once unfolded, the bed offers you the greatest comfort with its Engel mattress measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and 17 cm thick. Thus, from the sofa or bed, enjoy the connected TV (access to various applications such as Netflix, Spotify etc.) or a view of the sea.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwashing machine. Hob, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, pancake party appliance and refrigerator. You will also find the washing machine and dryer. The central island will offer you the greatest comfort to cook and enjoy good meals while watching the sea.

The bathroom, also renovated, is very pleasant to use.

Upstairs:

The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and a smart TV (access to various applications such as Netflix, Spotify etc.).
The second bedroom is equipped with a 140x200 cm bed.
The duplex is located on the 4th floor with elevator

We inform you that the elevator of the building will be unavailable from March 3 to April 10 inclusive, due to its complete replacement.
I wanted to inform you as soon as possible in order to be transparent with you. I am sincerely sorry for this inconvenience, which is of course totally beyond our control.
Our duplex is however perfectly accessible by stairs, and we hope that the magnificent sea view and the comfort of the apartment will still seduce you for your stay.
