The spacious dining area features a large 4x8 ft table that seats 8 comfortably, and there's even a high chair for the little one.
Step outside to enjoy the heated salt water "Cocktail Pool" (13x16 ft) with a 4x6 ft sundeck, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The screened lanai adds even more living space, complete with:
• Full-size refrigerator
• Big screen TV w/Redzone
• Dining table and chairs
• Gas BBQ grill — ideal for cooking up your fresh catch!
Boaters will love the 20 ft wood dock on the canal. Please note the boat lift is not included and we keep our boat stored there and reserve the right to access it. We will let you know in advance and will not disturb you when we use it. If you are interested in us moving it for your stay and using this area as a slip, please inquire. Also, be mindful of tides, especially in the winter, to ensure boat access during low tides. Trailer parking is available with a designated 48ft driveway, and a public boat launch is just around the corner!
