Welcome to our charming canal-front home, offering a tranquil retreat just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and the vibrant attractions of Crystal River. You will enjoy seeing the wildlife right outside your door including many species of birds, fish, turtles, crabs, manatees and dolphin.
This two-story stilted home provides ample space for your comfort featuring two bedrooms and one and one-half bathrooms. The living area upstairs includes a master suite with a queen size bed and full bathroom with laundry facilities. A queen size murphy bed is conveniently located in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.
Downstairs, a separate guest suite offers a full size bed with a twin size trundle bed and a half bathroom, accessible via a separate entrance.
We are located on a quiet canal with a floating dock (in winter months the dock area can be shallow). You will love the location as it is minutes from the Gulf, Crystal River, Salt River, Twin Rivers Marina, Fort Island Beach, Three Sisters Springs and Kings Bay. We are just a short ride from Crystal Rivers shops and restaurants. The home offers beautiful views of water and nature in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places to walk and explore. There is a fire pit (wood is not included) overlooking the canal and 4 kayaks for your use.
You will have the entire house and outdoor area to yourselves during your stay. Please note that the second bedroom, in the lower level, has a separate entrance from the main house and has one half-bathroom.
