Great house- had everything we needed. We went to see the manatees and were NOT disappointed. it's about a 20-25 minute paddle over to the 3 sisters spring where they all hang out. Dropping the kayaks is about a 100 yard walk from the house- easy with the kayak cart. Kitchen had every appliance you could want to cook with inc. a gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, etc. a handful of spices, but if you plan to cook, bring your own cooking spray/butter/oil for the pan. We did bring our dog, who also enjoyed the property- though the yard is not fully fenced to be able to let a pup out unleashed; owners did disclose in advance & this was not a problem for us.Terrazo floors, so I imagine would be easy to clean if there was an accident. Plenty of parking with the boat spot space for a car. Cute neighborhood. Would return if in the area again. It's just a minute or two off US19, where lots of restaurants/ stores are located. hosts were communicative.

We had a fantastic time, the place had all the basics and we loved how close it was to the dock. We were even able to paddle about a mile up to 3 sisters springs to snorkel with manatees! The hosts were responsive whenever we had questions!

This was the perfect house for a stay in Crystal River. It had everything we needed, including kayaks. It was convenient to the water—only a block to the community dock/boat launch. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the indoor and outdoor spaces were inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and yet close to everything. Burke was friendly and very accommodating. He answered every message within minutes. I highly recommend this river home.

The house was excellent, I didn’t get to cook but the Kitchen was incredible, new everything! The host provides kayaks which was the selling point for me. The location is 1 mile from Three Sisters Springs. We kayaked in and saw dozens of manatee. Host was on point with communication. Excellent trip, saved for another visit!

The location next to the water was amazing. The convenience of having kayaks to take out to the water was so cool because the manatees were practically right outside the house. The house itself was so nice and comfortable. Highly recommend this stay!

Be aware that the floors are Terrazo tile and is very cold. We would have liked to adjust the thermostat higher on cold days but couldn’t override the thermostat. Couches are vinyl and worn out and the seats too deep for short people. Porch furniture cushions are also worn out. Kitchen, bathroom and location are great.

Communication with owner was quick. The home is cozy and has everything you need. It is located 3 min walking distance from the dock where you can put kayaks in and head straight to the springs right around the corner. Kayaks, paddle, life jackets, etc is all provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our short getaway. We will visit again.

Perfect for us

My 22 yoa son and I went fishing in Crystal River. This property was perfect for our needs. VERY clean, had all that we needed (kitchen accessories, towels/linens and working internet), and was close to the dock.

Nice stay

We had a very good stay. Communication was great, check-in and out easy. Nice large property with close proximity to Crystal River, Hermossasa, etc. There's a beach about 8 miles away that was a real treat. Recommended.

Cozy cottage

The cottage was just as described on the listing. Freshly remodeled, clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and loved being close to the water which allowed us to explore Kings Bay and Three Sisters Springs with our kayak. Our host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our inquiries.
