  • Acogedor condominio ubicado en el Withlacoochee, en el corazón de Dunnellon. La unidad completamente equipada ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar (utensilios, ollas, etc.) o, si lo prefiere, muchos restaurantes están a poca distancia. Beautiful Dunnellon ofrece numerosos senderos para caminar y actividades acuáticas como natación, tubos y kayak. El condominio está a minutos del parque Rainbow Springs, que cuenta con hermosas aguas azules / verdes (que se mantienen a 72 grados durante todo el año), senderos naturales y cascadas. Si lo tuyo es ir de compras, hay numerosas tiendas a corta distancia a una corta distancia a pie. Si desea aventurarse a las ciudades de los alrededores, Crystal River está a solo 20 minutos. de distancia y también ofrece muchas actividades acuáticas como tours de manatíes y buceo. El parque de vida silvestre Homosassa (10 minutos después de Crystal River) también es un parque agradable que ofrece un paseo educativo en bote y animales como hipopótamos, caimanes, numerosas aves y manatíes. El condominio no está frente al agua pero tiene fácil acceso, ¡sin escaleras!

Very nice, quiet, friendly atmosphere. Everything I needed and close to everything stores, gas, restaurants etc. While the unit doesn't have a river view, it didn't really matter... Steps away, there it is! Host is accommodating and excellent with communication throughout the booking process and my stay.

We love the Cozy Condo for our extended stay. It is in a great location and has everything you need to enjoy your visit! Easy access, very comfortable, and awesome outdoor spaces. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyable Stay

We loved staying at the Cozy Condo. It met all of our needs and more. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Host was friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. Well equipped with the basics which was very helpful. We will definitely be back, and would recommend to others.

It had a at home feeling.. we loved our time there. Lots to do near by.

It was a home away from home. They made you feel that way. Town is right around the corner with lots to do!

Great condo

We had a great time staying at this condo! Location is the best …being on the river. Lots of days socializing on the deck or by the pool with others. Close to restaurants and other amenities. Sonia’s condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great place and would highly recommend!!

Fabulous!

This property is amazing! Sonia is super responsive and accommodating. We are in the process of building a house and she has been very flexible and allowed us to extend our stay many times. The condo is small but perfect for what we needed, and the pool and hot tub are a huge plus! 10/10 recommend!

very nice condo.

We stayed at the condo in March 2023 for 8 nights. We found the place super clean. Nice screen porch sit outside. It was like being at home. It had all the things you would find in your own home. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was wonderful. Sonia was kind to have coffee pods for us.

Quiet & Quick Access to town

Perfect location to be off the main drag of town & right on the water. Perfect spot to chill in the pool or hot tub after a long day. It was quiet and secluded to have the place to myself. I was able to work out by the waterway most mornings if weather permitted. The condo contained the basics and was very useful to have coffee every morning. Thank you for opening your home.

Family Vacation

Sonia's condo was just as described. It was clean and well equipped. Its location within The Landings was very convenient, as it is right off the parking lot, next to a ramp...no steps! The environment was quiet and the residents of The Landings were very pleasant. Super close to Publix, Walmart, Dollar General, and many restaurants. We visited Swampy's waterfront restaurant several times during our week-long stay. Sonia was only a message away, if we ever had questions.

A week to swim with the manatees

Our stay in the cozy condo was excellent. It was exactly as advertised. We loved all the amenities for the cost of the stay. The pool and hot tub were great! The condo itself was well stocked, had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was lack of a sharp knife and the bed not being as comfortable as we needed. We bought a sharp paring knife and left it, we also bought a blow up camp bed to sleep on. Our hostess was very responsive and said that a new topper for the bed would be nice. We would stay again at this location! It was a beautiful area, tons of things to do, quiet and peaceful complex. Visitors should know that manatee season is September through March. Area tourism does not really explain this and if you are coming to see the manatee, during warm seasons, you may be disappointed. However, the entire area is beautiful and there are a lot of different things to see and do.

Peaceful

The location was great and the ramp to the 2nd floor really came in handy for my disabled sister. The only issue for her was the height of the bed. All appliances were clean and in proper working condition.

Great Cozy Condo

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Dunellon Florida. We have been coming to The Landings for 13 years now but this was our first time staying in this unit. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was very neat and pleasant to stay at. The location on the river is great. I had a very nice stay there and would recommend it to others.
