"Unfortunately, the blankets on the bed were extremely thin and because they had a large group of people that had checked out when we arrived, they did not have any "clean" extra blankets for the beds, so they provide us with two bedskirts, which I thought was odd. So, we had to drive to a nearby Walmart and purchase two comforters. When checking out, the staff did not appear to sympathize with the inconvenience of us having to provide our own blankets. "

"We checked in and our room wasn’t ready until 4:30. We requested and needed a roll in shower and we were given a tub. The staff were generally apathetic to the fact that we were waiting for a room and then didn’t get the room we needed.
