"Hotel was very convenient for Crimond race track. Staff were very helpful. The main road outside was closed due to a burst water pipe. To get to the track would have taken over an hour, instead of 10 minutes if the diversion signs were followed. They showed me how to get there with a minor de-tour and provided a map! Everything was spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay again."

"First time of staying at a Marston's, couldn't fault the accommodation,check in was good the room was excellent,clean and well equipped would most definitely stay again. "Was clean when we arrived, towels and sheets were all clean - room was basic, was blackout blinds and a big smart tv, air con wasn't working but had 2 fans which was fine and had both on as was hot - but was also warm outside. No room service on our 3 night stay though, didn't really need it but most hotels do it regardless so is a little odd. Water pressure is awful, shower is more of a fast trickle but water was hot. Had kettle, mugs and glasses but no coffee."

"I stayed 2 nights in the Seaview Hotel in July 2025 - on arrival, I was struck by the age and traditional appearance of the building, and wondered how such a small property could offer rooms. Inside, it's gorgeous - a lot of money has been spent on developing the property, and very thoughtful touches have been added to the rooms. It was extremely comfortable, and the food in the bistro was excellent. Highly recommended!"
