Cook your own meals in the fully stocked Dolly Parton themed kitchen, you will have separate den areas and a separate poker room and a 2bd TV so you can watch two football games at a time.

Step out the back door or sit on the covered patio directly onto a 30 ft walk with your own private dock. Bring your kayak, paddles boards, Floats, or Boat and Fishing rods. We supply playing cards and poker chips. It is also loaded with board games.
Located in the heart of Fairfield Glade on top of the Cumberland Plateau surrounded by Mountains, you will have guest-pass access (some amenities have fees) to all 90 holes across 5 premier PGA Golf courses, pickleball, Tennis, Gym, 2 Beach Marina's, indoor pool, outside adult pool, family pool, trails galore, live free music concerts between memorial Day and Labor Day, and so much more.

Our home is located in a condo complex so everything is private to your Guest that pertain to your booking and the exterior is shared with the exception of the Dock designated for your unit only. It is a combo lock Kum& Go issue place and as your host I will not be on site but reachable 24/7. for any questions or incidents that may come up.

Do note if you intend to use any of the Fairfield Glade amenities, I will need your email address and the full name of any parties that will be using the guest of an owner pass. Fairfield Glade will email you a list of their amenities and any cost that is involved.
The sleeper sofa is located on the lowest level and it is a very comfortable queen size futon bed which would allow for a total of seven guest versus five, but you would need to make note that there is not a bathroom on that level and a spiral staircase back up to the main living floor to use the half bath.
