📋 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

This home follows local compliance guidelines, which include:

• Signed rental agreement (at least 24 hours before arrival)

• ID verification

• $1,250 security hold (pending authorization, not a traditional deposit)

As an alternative, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($65 for stays up to 10 nights + $5 per night after 10 nights).



We use a secure, simple platform called Happy Guest (no app download required). It provides easy document signing and a private guest portal with property details and local recommendations to make your stay seamless.



📌 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀

• Maximum 10 overnight guests (per our permit)

• No parties or events

• No pets (service animals are always welcome)

• No smoking inside (including vaping)

• Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. This doesn't confine you indoors; it's a gentle reminder to keep voices respectful of our neighbors.

• Please lock all doors at checkout

• No illegal drugs or substances on the property

• No glitter, confetti, or decorations of any kind. Decorations and adhesives damage our walls and woodwork, so please do not put any up.

• Please return yard games and water toys to the basement closet once dry.

• Please don't unplug or cover the Wi-Fi lock, router, or exterior cameras.



ℹ️ 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄

• Check-in: 4:00 pm (the smart lock activates at check-in time)

• Check-out: 10:00 am

• Exterior Ring cameras are located at the front door, balcony, and sliding glass door. They monitor outdoor areas only.

• Trash: Outdoor bins are available for bagged trash. Pickup is Monday morning, so you may see the bins at the roadside.

• Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are out from Memorial Day to Labor Day, depending on weather.
