PET POLICY
-Happy Landing is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional $150 fee if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

DOCK:
Happy landing dock is in for the season, there is a pontoon lift and a jet ski lift available for guest use.

• Quiet hours are to be observed from 𝟭𝟬𝗽𝗺-𝟴𝗮𝗺 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆; no loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement

➝ Dock and water toy installation and removal are seasonal and based on weather conditions. If you have any questions about when these amenities will be put in or taken out, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
