Arrived and given room that had not been cleaned. Corner trim fell off near entry door. One of 2 elevators out of service all 5 days of our stay. Toilet handle broken but maintenance did quickly fix it. Room not serviced -- always had to ask for clean towels. Disappointing breakfast -- should eliminate ...

Wonderful property that was perfect for our family’s needs! Communication from the host was excellent and check in/ out process was very easy.Everything was professionally cleaned and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked.
