🌊 Relax Between the Sea and the Pine Forest – Private entrance, garden, and balcony 🌿 Cozy first-floor apartment with views of nature and the pine forest, offering glimpses of the sea. Just a few meters from the beach, ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature. The apartment features an entrance opening onto a small garden of about 30 meters with an outdoor shower for the summer months and stairs leading upstairs, where you’ll access the apartment via the spacious balcony. Inside the apartment, there is a living room with an open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, and a bathroom (featuring a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower). The washing machine is located in a closed-off room to the left of the front door. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi as well as Netflix and Prime Video should you decide to spend a relaxing evening. What you’ll find: Hair dryer, bathroom scale, iron, coffee maker, two clothes drying racks, cleaning supplies for the apartment, water heater, mosquito screens on all windows, tables and chairs for outdoor dining, hot/cold air conditioners, a pellet stove for the winter months and a portable heater, new windows with excellent sound insulation, a 50-inch TV, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room, and a first-aid kit. What the beach at Cropani Marina is like: It consists of a wide, sandy shore with shallow waters ideal for children and non-swimmers. What the sea is like at Cropani Marina: Crystal-clear with a visible sandy seabed—as you enter the water, especially from the pine forest side, you can walk at least 100 meters out before reaching deeper waters. The pine forest in Cropani Marina: It connects the residential area to the sandy beach. A cool and relaxing place where you can listen to the cicadas while jogging, doing bodyweight exercises, or having lunch at the wooden tables with family or friends. Services within walking distance in summer: Bars, pizzerias, 2 mini-markets, numerous beach clubs where you can have lunch and dinner, soccer fields, public and private beaches... Amenities within walking distance also available in winter: fish market, butcher shop, veterinarian, swimwear stores, household cleaning supplies, perfume shop, a small shopping center (which includes, for example, a pet food and supplies store, an optician, clothing and accessory stores, and an ATM) Just a few minutes by car (within 3 minutes): pharmacy, veterinary pharmacy, photo shop, pizzerias and restaurants, many supermarkets, shoe stores, a superstore, a pastry shop, a laundromat, public playgrounds for children, and the train station... Here are a few suggestions if you’d like to explore further: - 19 km away: the Castle of the Counts of Aquino in Belcastro - 24 km away: the Valli Cupe Regional Nature Reserve, home to the Canyon, the Barbaro Gorges, waterfalls, centuries-old trees—24 km away: Le Castella in Isola Capo Rizzuto, featuring a stunning fortress surrounded by the sea—31 km away, you’re already in the mountains on the vast Sila Plateau of the Calabrian Apennines - 35 km away are the red beaches of Isola Capo Rizzuto, where the seabed contains patches of soft, pure clay already dissolved in the water; you can smear it on yourself to create a natural clay mud mask.
