Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away from your room, Outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/15/26 - 10/31/26. Indoor pool & hot tub is open year round, Small fitness center area by the indoor pool. Free parking for 3 cars, Outdoor grills in the common areas and elevators available.

Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balconies. There’s a pullout couch if needed.

This is a top floor unit single floor 1500sqft condo with 3 bed rooms (2 king beds and a queen)and 3 full bathrooms. Full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, & washer/dryer are included.

What’s provided:
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- bath towels and hand cloths
- sheets for beds
- dishwashing pods
- 2 beach chairs and a umbrella
- 6 beach towels

Excellent condo

We had a great stay. The condo was in a convenient area with easy access to the beach. The large outdoor patio was a bonus with a view to the left of the ocean and to the right of the Wright Brother’s Monument. It was very helpful for us to have the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed instead of two twins like so many places do.

Comfortable and relaxing place

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very nicely appointed and has just the right amount of basic groceries. An added bonus is that there is a view of the Wright Brothers Monument. Everything was very pleasing.

False advertising

Property was not as advertised. The condominium complex is oceanfront, however the unit is not. Have to hang over the deck rail to even know the ocean is anywhere near. The view from the unit is the window into the next condominium complex. Very disappointing!

Great location and functional space

The condo is beautiful. Has comfortable beds with a bathroom for each bedroom. The pools and hot tubs were a highlight of the trip for the kids. They even have a fenced in splash pad with a shallow area fenced in for the little ones.

Fun family stay

This is a great place! My family and I have been visiting the OBX for a longgggggg time and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed. The location is great, beach front access is super convenient, great pool/hot tub, loved that there was covered parking so your car doesn’t get too hot. The elevator to the top floor is a nice bonus. 10/10 will be booking again

This home had everything we needed. Close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The condition of the home was immaculate. The 3 bathrooms was a big plus for us. We definitely plan on renting again!

We will be back!

The condo was perfect for myself, my husband, our 2 young children and my senior parents. We had an amazing week. Eddie was incredibly responsive to any questions I had from booking through our stay and provided some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do during our stay. The property was clean and well stocked. The pool was incredible (pictures do not do it justice) and the gazebo overlooking the ocean provided a perfect spot to enjoy the ocean while staying out of the sun. We could not have had a better week and plan to come back soon.

Great place at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was immaculate. Each of the three rooms had its own bathroom, one with two doors to use as a guest bathroom. The beds were comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets. Each bedroom also has its own mounted TV. The Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery. Also, a coffee pot, broom, dish washer. The kitchen, living room, and dinner room is an open floor plan. The dining room table was round and had super plush chairs, very comfortable. The balcony was very big, and you could see the Wright brother’s memorial from it, as well as the ocean. Jockey’s Ridge is less than 10 minutes away, and the NC Aquarium is about 20 mins away. There is a Publix about half a mile down the road, and many places to eat within 5 minutes. For a great breakfast for low $, I recommend the Breakfast Bistro which is the restaurant in the Sea Ranch Inn about half a mile away. The heated pool and hot tub were enclosed and both heated, which was very nice since we went in February. There is a button on the wall near the hot tub that starts the jets. Did not use it, but there was also an exercise room attached to the pool. There are steps that lead right up to the condo, but we used the elevator since it was on the 4th floor, which was a short minute walk to the condo. Over all-great stay and we will stay again if we are in the area.
