This semi-detached house, featuring a new swimming pool and pool area, is located in a quiet setting yet just a short distance from the ocean and the beaches. It offers the perfect space for a comfortable getaway in a modern atmosphere.

The vacation home spans two floors. On the first floor, there is a spacious living and dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with heated floors, a separate restroom, and access to the patio and the interior staircase. The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa, a smart TV, satellite TV, and a PlayStation 3. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a smart TV, as well as another bathroom with underfloor heating. Two bedrooms have access to the balcony with an ocean view. One of the bedrooms is furnished with bunk beds, two with double beds, one of which also includes a crib. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

The outdoor area is ideal for relaxing, featuring a front terrace and a 32 m² swimming pool in the back garden. Here you’ll find 8 sun loungers, a large table with seating, a gas grill, a sink, an outdoor shower, a toilet, and a refrigerator. A play area with a trampoline and a herb garden round out the amenities.

For hiking enthusiasts, there are beautiful trails in the area leading to the mountain peaks. Pets are allowed for a fee of 5.00 euros per day, and bicycles are available upon request. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe, and satellite TV. Air conditioning is included, and heating (for a fee) is also available.
