The first floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned living and dining area with a pull-out sofa (140 x 190 cm) for two people, a bathroom with a shower and sink and a separate WC with its own sink. The balcony is accessible via the main entrance. The second floor comprises two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV. A shared balcony with sea view is accessible from the hallway on the upper floor. The ground floor of the house is neither rented nor inhabited.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
