This modern holiday villa with a heated pool is located on a hill slope, above the city of Crikvenica, at the distance of a 7-minute drive to the center and to the sandy and pebbly beaches. Luxury Villa Cesarea is designed to provide a relaxing and cozy setting for families or groups of friends vacationing together. With its 4 bedrooms with large double beds and private bathrooms in each, it is suitable for up to 8 guests. In addition, a baby cot is available for toddlers and babies. The master bedroom is on the main floor, and next to it there is a sauna. The rest of the three bedrooms are on the first floor.
On the main floor, you have at disposal a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island that can serve as a breakfast bar. The kitchen appliances include a large refrigerator with an icemaker, dishwasher, microwave oven, stovetop, oven, kettle, and coffee maker. Furthermore, there is a large dining table for 8 guests and a modern living room with a big L-shaped sofa and Smart TV.
Two glass walls let lots of natural light in and allow you to enjoy beautiful views. Moreover, they ease the transition to exteriors of the villa.
Luxury Villa Cesarea boasts an outdoor pool with an infinity edge and heating option. It 8 meters long and 4 meters wide, and has a waterfall, too. By the pool, you can sunbathe on luxurious sunbeds.
Next, there is an alfresco dining table where you can enjoy breakfast or evening meals. Furthermore, there is a large terrace in the back. Here you will find a Jacuzzi, sunbeds, and gas grill.
