Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over a terrace directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room You have access to the 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 2 sqm balcony.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine.


Location
Crikvenica. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Public parking is a few minutes’ walk from the house. It is possible to order a weekly pass for paid parking. A day ticket costs approx. €7.00.
