In Criel-sur-Mer, a 600 m walk from the beach, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 45 m² apartment with sea view which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an 18 m² living room, equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 300 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises
- 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- The entrance to the shower room is located in the bedroom (separate room).
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron.

Exterior :
- A 4 m² balcony with furniture (two armchairs with cushions and a coffee table), sunny afternoon exposure.

Communal area:
- A 300 m² enclosed garden, shared with the other co-owners, no garden furniture.

The apartment is ideally located in Criel-sur-Mer, in a quiet, residential area with views of the sea and countryside, close to the beach, children's playground and, in season, an antique merry-go-round, three restaurants on the seafront. In the center of Criel (2km), you'll find a bakery, butcher, kebab shop, pharmacy, bank, local grocery store, florist, carrefour market...

- Nearest airport: Amiens-Picardie airport 126 km away (1h40 by car).

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site (bed linen 25€, cleaning 25€). Rates are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility. A deposit of €25 is payable to the concierge on arrival. It will be returned to you on departure if the cleaning has been carried out correctly.
