MacRosty Park is a 10-minute walk down the road and you can also enjoy a dram or a meal at the Glenturret Distillery which is about 1 mile away from the apartment!

The apartment is located on the first floor and there is free on-street parking available. The living room has a smart TV and 2 sofas. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, oven, and hob.  

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests in the 2 bedrooms with double beds in each bedroom. Both bedrooms come with bedside tables and lamps. One bedroom also comes with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a bath combined with an electric shower.
