"Our room was so far away from the front desk and when we got to the room with one key card it didn’t work so we had to walk all the way down a very long hallway to go back to the desk to resolve getting into the room being late at night with luggage was not the best"

"Kaikki alkaa olla jo erittäin kulunutta. Olko-oven kahva tippui irti, wc-huuhtelu painikke tippui irti seinästä, parvekkeelta puuttui kalusteet, ruokakalusteet(tuolit) hirveässä kunnossa.
