Make yourself at home in this delightful 1-bedroom Crested Butte retreat with excellent views. Enjoy the comfort of a king bed in the bedroom and a cozy queen sofa bed in the living room. Includes well equipped kitchenette, with refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and one burner stove. Coffee maker with filters and Keurig coffee machine(K-cups provided), bring your favorite ground coffee to enjoy any time or pool side. This condo offers amenities like WiFi, a fitness room, pool and hot tub, sauna, one on-site parking pass, and a hair dryer for your convenience. Relax in the hot tub after a day of exploring the area, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, viewing world famous wild flowers. Experience what Historic Crested Butte has to offer with a stay at our condo. Area has excellent complimentary bus transportation, around town and to the town Gunnison. Onsite bar/restaurant and ski apparel shop, along with ski valet(hours vary) are available. Town License Occupational Fee # 313882.

Host (Joseph) was great— we’ve stayed in crested butte 8 different times now and Joseph has been our favorite host. We love the location of the Grande Lodge and even though the grande Lodge is a bit older, their place is clean and well kept (especially compared to some of the others we have stayed in in the Grande Lodge). Thanks for hosting a great trip!

The unit is in a great location within walking distance of the main mountain base, and there is a convenient shuttle to town. The kitchen’s single burner is useful. The unit and bed/mattress are average quality, while the layout is somewhat unconventional.The bed is positioned against the wall shared with the hallway, which led to significant noise from the hallway including extremely frequent and consistent door slamming—often into the early morning hours. This may be related to the communal hallway bathroom located directly across from the unit. This significantly impacted our quality of sleep for multiple nights during our stay, even when using a noise machine app.

Nice stay. Owner was extremely responsive and accommodating; genuinely care about guests stay. Cute condo with kitchen and amenities needed for a few nights. Only items worth noting, which are largely out of their control, steam room was broken, ski valet was not available due to staffing issues, and bedroom shares wall with main hallway (like hotel) so it was rather noisy; however, large fan was available for white noise. Can't beat location, proximity to bus stop and parking.

Loved staying here! Very comfortably furnished. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette, extra towels, blankets and pillows as well as the extra shelf in the bathroom and additional small fridge. Owners were very responsive to all questions and issues. Initially the Wifi was not working right, but that was upgraded and resolved immediately. WiFi is excellent now! The dressers with drawers and extra suitcase holders made it so easy to deal with all our ski gear. The boot warmer was a great bonus! Great location close to the ski lift!

Room was in good condition and the boot dryer was a great addition. Access to the heated pool and hot tub was a huge perk of staying there. No real complaints, but it would be nice if there were more kitchen amenities and things to be better able to cook in the room. Joe was also really good at replying back to any messages we sent him. This was a great location to stay at, if only there had been more snow on the mountain…

Comes with great views!! A comfy mattress to get a good nights sleep before hiking in the Aspen. Was clean and comfortable. A request for the future, Colorado is such a dry climate would have loved to have had a humidifier or some moisturizer lotion in the room.

Cute condo, steps from the lifts

Check-in was easy and entering a code on the condo door prevented the need to remember where you placed your room card. It is across the street from the shuttles to town (Main St. where restaurants are located) and a short walk to the chair lifts. The kitchen was cute and had dishes for your use. Condo was very clean and the windows let you see the mountains and pool. Relaxing home away from home to enjoy all CB has to offer. We were there in July, so we biked and hiked with the wild flowers blooming.
