    Este condominio ha sido recientemente renovado y redecorado. Es un lugar perfecto para retirarse con familiares y amigos. Bien equipada y abierta a la sala de estar, la cocina es un gran lugar para disfrutar de la compañía. La cálida y acogedora sala de estar tiene muchos asientos cómodos y profundos, y todos pueden disfrutar de las vistas de las montañas o de un fuego ardiente en la chimenea de piedra.     En la planta baja, hay un hermoso dormitorio principal con una cama king hecha a medida en Crested Butte. Esta habitación también tiene un televisor. El segundo rey dormitorio cuenta con una cama que tiene un cabecero de piel de vaca y postes de la cama de color turquesa, también de fabricación local - dándole un toque único de Crested Butte. El tercer cuarto de abajo tiene dos camas individuales. El área de arriba tiene un dormitorio con dos camas individuales, y el loft tiene dos camas queen, que también incluye un rincón de TV y sillones.

    Las comodidades complejas seguramente completarán su experiencia. Como oficina y personal en el sitio hace que sea fácil de check-in / out y responder a cualquier pregunta que surja durante su estancia. Los servicios de limpieza se prestan a todas las estancias de 4 o más noches. San Moritz tiene su propio servicio de transporte privado que es gratuito con su estadía. El servicio de traslado funciona todos los días durante la temporada de esquí desde las 8:00 a. metro. hasta la medianoche. Fantastic place to stay at CB! Ski in ski out, free shuttle provided by the condo that takes you around the city, and tons of space for sleeping.

So comfortable and room to spare for our group of 7! Everyone loved how easy it was to get to the lift. Not as easy to get back, but that was Mother Nature’s fault! One small maintenance issue that was fixed immediately…thanks, Bill!! We really hope we’ll be able to come back!

Great Thanksgiving Holiday

Wonderful stay in Crested Butte during Thanksgiving. We came into town for the Nordic Ski Camp. Property is wonderful. Very comfortable layout. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Convenient location. Great views. Living area is dark, VERY poorly lit. Kitchen was good. Office staff were friendly. The spiral stairs up to the loft are definitely a challenge. We were 8 adults and a dog.

Great rental for large family

The place had ample beds to accommodate all of the varying family members. It came with a kitchen with all of the necessary items to cook a meal. It had a great view and since we came in the summer there were good trails right out the door to walk the dog. They also made the pup welcome which was a nice touch.

Amazing location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! With 8 adults, I feared the condo might be a little tight, but it was perfect and utilized space really well. The ultimate highlight was the fact that we were 20 steps from the slopes and a 20 second ski down to a lift that accessed blues and greens. It is indeed a true ski-in-ski-out. We tend to ski different mountains every year, but if we’re ever in CB again, we know where we’ll want to stay. Thanks for making it a great trip!

Most of the pots and pans are old and should be updated. We also thought it would be nice to have chairs on the porch area since the view is beautiful. The only "complaint" I have is that the shower liners were really moldy. The front desk was really helpful during booking and during our stay when we had questions. There was plenty of room for our group of 12. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes/utensils for cooking. Parking is kind of tricky and crowded but overall we would stay again at SM.

Thoughtless management

Unit was hard to find. No instructions. Poor signage. Lights on all night interfering in the view. No deck furniture. Interiors were nice but other things interfered with enjoyment of our stay.

Excellent overall, just a few quirks

This place was fantastic for location and accommodating our family, and we are thankful for the pup-friendliness! There were only a few surprises that were not stellar but still fine. How dark the lighting was in the main areas - living room and kitchen - was a little challenging during certain times of the day. We used a fan to drown out neighbor noise because you could hear a lot at night, but the box fan provided worked great for this! And the kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, and plates/bowls, and we brought plenty of food, but I was caught off guard by there being absolutely no salt/pepper, oil, or any other kitchen basics, although this might be normal; just not my experience with other condos or homes we have rented; solved easily by a store run, but just mildly inconvenient. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend crested butte for the 4th of July! They do a great job celebrating America’s birthday!!

Fabulous wildflowers & Family fun!

Could not find a better property that’s perfect for our Family needs. The view is fabulous from our balcony porch, it’s close to the everything we like to do in Crested Butte. We all feel at home here; just love the Colorado mountain decor. We all like to join in and cook most of our meals. I gave the property general condition a 4star only because we would like to see an upgrade in the cookware such as the nonstick skillets, stock/pasta pots; a nice of set of stainless steel cookware would be awesome. The Teflon skillets Were worn out way beyond use and the aluminum pots were warped and needing replaced.We love this area of the mountain and hope to continue our family reunion here for years to come. The office staff is great AND always So accommodating. Our condo is always very clean and ready for our move in. Thank you for accommodating our family pet as well!!! See you next year hopefully!!!!!

The condo is alittle dark - could use a couple more lamps and higher watt light bulbs. Nice to have a ski closet right outside the condo. It is good ski out in the morning but a little more difficult to ski in for beginners - but just a very short walk if you decide not to ski-in.
