Your newly renovated perfectly situated ski in / ski out condo with beautiful mountain and valley views in Mt Crested Butte, CO (30 minutes from the Gunnison Airport). Located on the mountain and steps away from the West Wall lift. Master bedroom has one queen bed, second bedroom has 2 double beds, and a roll away bed is available. Two newly renovated bathrooms - 1 with a shower and 1 with a tub. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable living room. Dining table seats 6. Satellite TV, wifi, games, books, puzzles.

Complex offers free shuttle service anywhere in Crested Butte from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m in the winter. No car needed. Huge real fireplace with lots of wood, sauna, jacuzzi (open during ski season only, approx November 25 through April 12), great view and complete privacy.

Enjoy the ability to walk out the door and easily ski-in/ski-out. Two amazing ski lifts: Peachtree and West Wall lifts are right next door. You can literally ski into the condo at the end of the day or at noon for lunch. In the morning, you ski down to West Wall lift, which is free, and then ski down to buy your lift ticket- you don't have to plan your day ahead. For those with families, there is a ski school for children at the base area just a short ski away from the West Wall lift.

Location was great, the view from the living room/patio was AMAZING!!! Comfortable condo with all the accoutrements. I was a little worried about the check-in process as we were checking in at night, but all went fine. Friendly recommendation - add several warm throw blankets for cool evenings. The reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the VERY soft mattresses - all 3 - highly recommend new mattresses. Thank you for helping us make great family memories! :-)

This is a great place to stay

We rented this place for 3 weeks. We are two retired teachers with grown children (they will always be children to us!) who visited us on the weekends. There were a couple of nights when there were 6 of us, and we all fit perfectly (the couch bed is comfortable). The hot tub was great, and the ski out (sort of ski in, but I had to hike the 150 steps up a small hill because the trail was a bit hard for me). Luckily we brought plug in tech chargers because the whole place was clearly built in the 70’s!!!

Ski trip

Fabulous location. Easy skiing to the lift right outside the condo. Also very easy access to the delightful town of Crested Butte.I love that you are able to reserve times to have the indoor hot tub for just your family. Very easy and convenient. I would recommend new pillows. The ones there are hospital grade.

Overall we had a great stay in unit J104. The bedrooms are a little dated, there was a leak in the guest bath that we notified management. The kitchen was well equipped. Very convenient ski in ski out. Thanks!!!

Exactly what we needed

Great access to mountain. Ski In Ski Out access to West Wall Lift. The condo unit itself was spacious and clean with a functional kitchen and nice bathrooms. My only complaint is the hot tub is rather dissapointing. Its tucked away in a dingy supply room that is just gross. Everything else was great!

Crested Butte Ski Trip

The condo was in a great location for ski in-ski out, with the West Wall Lift making that possible. It was just a short walk up a little hill to the main base area for post ski activities. The condo came with everything we needed and was very clean! Perfect size for two couples to stay very comfortably, with large bedrooms and living area. The only hiccup we experienced was checking into the unit after the office had closed. It was difficult to find the entrance to the unit and building but that was due more to all the snow covering the path and stairs to the door on the back side of the building. The first floor is very convenient, but we could hear if people stay above you. Overall had a great experience though and would come back to stay again!

Perfect Stay in CB!!

This condo was great! Good location on the mountain with wonderful views. Spacious, clean, and perfectly set up to unwind after the active days in and around Crested Butte. Our family really enjoyed it -- only wish we were still there!!

This a good property that is conveniently located and well maintained. Our only complaint was the lack of instruction for initial check in. We received no instructions at all and had to go to the general area and just walk around until we found people who knew what to do. It was snowing. This was a little stressful. Otherwise, it was good

Great place to stay and ski

I am always leery of booking locations for skiing as I want nice place that's easy to get on and off the mountain. This place has it! Stayed with my wife and three kids. Accommodations and staff were great to deal with. One flight of stairs down, short walk through the parking lot and you are on your way to the West Wall Lift. Even my beginner skiers were able to make the ski out too. The place itself was well kept, has games, movies, and cooking supplies needed to support the fam. Thank you for a great stay, I would come again

Great Location

Beautifully remodeled unit just steps from the slopes. Enjoyed skiing back to the condo for lunch. Very comfortable furnishings and beds. I would highly recommend this condo for two couples. Condo staff very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay here in the future.

Slope side Ski In

It was a nice spot, clean and room for four comfortably, maybe five. There was one big bed and two smaller ones that I guess could technically be split. You could ski straight up to back but for the last couple days they were knocking snow off the roof and it was hard to access the back door, I doubt that is something that could be predicted or controlled though, just circumstance dictated it. It would be nice to have a new sponge when we got there, lol. They had a fireplace and the condo provided firewood, which was cool. Overall a great place!
