Nestled into the hillside streets of Crested Butte South, this property has plenty of privacy and offers a quiet refuge tucked into the neighborhood. This property is located in Crested Butte South, 7 miles south of Crested Butte. You are just a short drive to the free RTA bus stop for a quick ride to the town of Crested Butte or the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Crested Butte South has a wonderful small-town feel, with a local park, restaurants, coffee shop, and more!

This home is full of warmth and charm. Relax after a day of fishing, hunting, or cross-country skiing on the large wraparound deck with expansive up valley views of Mt. Whetstone and Red Lady. Cozy and warm, this home is the perfect place for quiet relaxation. Many windows flood the entire home with natural light during the day and give wonderful views both inside and out! Kick your feet up in the comfortable main living area, and warm up in front of the wood burning fireplace. The spacious kitchen is great for cooking a meal for your group, and the dining room features great views and natural light as you dine, or as a place to entertain. If you want your vacation to feel like you’re right at home, but also surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, this is the place for you!

The 2-story property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and sleeps 7. One bedroom with queen bed is located on the main floor with an adjacent bathroom. Upstairs, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms featuring lots of windows and great views of the valley. One upstairs room has a queen bed, but also equipped with a twin-sized trundle for extra sleeping areas.

Parking for 3 cars in the driveway. There is also a fenced-in backyard with access from the wraparound porch.

Great bargain in South Crested Butte

Clean, comfortable, pet-friendly accommodations for our family on a relatively last-minute booking on a holiday weekend in high ski season. We love Crested Butte - so just being in the valley is good. Be warned, CB South is a 10+minute drive to Crested Butte proper, and is 20 minutes in winter from the main parking area at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. But as this is a destination, it's totally worth it for the quiet neighborhood, great accommodations, and just being in such an exceptional location. The kitchen could use a few more pots/pans for those who might be cooking for a crowd. This is on our short list to return!

Loved it

All good but there is a discrepancy in instructions folder. It says trash day is Tuesday but then it says put out on curb on Thursday. Very confusing. I put trash out on Tuesday as I was afraid I would miss the pickup. Otherwise, excellent stay.

The view is breathtaking.

Everything was great loved the house. Has everything to complete your stay. One big thing is the bed upstairs is so lumpy it’s horribly outdated your head falls off bc the mattress is to small for the headboard. Sleep was miserable . But the view the neighborhood was great. Close to Mt. Created Butte to ski. One one TV in the house so if you bring kids your gonna want to bring a tablet or something.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Crested Butte South. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Loved the location. The mattress in the upstairs master was lumpy. But there was tons of closet space and beautiful mountain views. Would definitely recommend.
