On Golf Course with Scenic Mountain Views

  • This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit is located on the 4th tee of the Skyland golf course with incredible mountain views from every window. Mt. Whetstone anchors the view of the mountains from from picture windows on the backside of this unit, while Mt. Crested Butte looms large from the master bedroom window.

    In winter it is a quick 5-minute drive to downtown Crested Butte. Park FREE at the visitor’s center, take the FREE shuttle (it runs every 15 minutes) to the Mt. Crested Butte ski area. The location on the golf course makes for a winter wonderland, with scenic winter views of Mount Whetstone over the snow covered golf course.

    For summer visitors we are located close to hiking and mountain biking, with easy trail access from our Skyland community.

    The spacious lower level entry has ample storage for coats, boots, and hiking equipment plus a bench adjacent to the closet. This level contains a bedroom with a connecting bath, a Jacuzzi tub/ shower combo while the other bedroom serves as a den with a very comfortable sleeper sofa, computer desk and TV. Next to this room in the entry hallway is a bath with a shower. Both bedrooms open to a back porch overlooking the golf course. The washer and dryer, located on this level, are available to our guests.

    The second level consists of the master suite with connecting bath, a well-designed kitchen with new appliances and spacious countertop area offering an open feel as it blends with the living room and dining room. The fireplace and TV make for cozy relaxing on a snowy, winter night. Vaulted ceilings and large picture windows offer lots of light and a panorama of mountain views. Enjoy sunsets over Mt. Emmons from the deck adjoining the living room area.

Great location, lovely home

Stayed here for a long weekend with a few couples — really enjoyed the stay. The home is in a really nice neighborhood close to the town of crested butte. Living is a comfortable spot to hang out, with beautiful views.

upscale condo with beautiful view

Lovely condo with high ceilings and huge windows. Well-decorated. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and seeing the stars at night. Very convenient to town and to nearby hiking trails. Kitchen was well-designed and well-supplied. We hope to come back next year!

Master has gorgeous view of the Butte, living room has scenic panorama of valley and mountains beyond. Kitchen has everything you would need. Great space for relaxing and having dinner together as a family after a day on the slopes.

New Year 2025 Family

Our family of 5 enjoyed the townhome very much. The views from the upstairs living area were beautiful and we appreciated the attached garage and space to spread out. A quick drive to town and 12-15 min to the ski area. We would certainly return.

Beautiful views, quiet location, and clean condo

Perfect location for our group. Gorgeous mountain views from the living area upstairs. 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms is a plus for multiple families.Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely return! Excellent communication from owner with quick responses.

perfect fit

This property was great and well equipped. Pics were spot on. Place was very clean. We love the Skyland area to be close to friends that live there. For people that don't know CB pls note its a good 20 + min drive to the base of the mountain during busy times Thanks Ken and family for a great stay!

Great views, Great location

This condo was very clean, adequately stocked and is well maintained. The upper and lower decks face the golf course and are a great place to relax. The club house is close and there is a bike trail into CB. We will definitely be back sometime in the future! Thanks Ken!

Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood

This property is a bit dated and older, but well loved and taken care of. It is further from town and the ski village, but the neighborhood and area is beautiful and worth the drive. It was the perfect location for our summer visit. Great views of the golf course, surrounding houses and mountain. The downstairs beds were not comfortable, but good space overall. We would consider this property for our next visit.

Comfortable condo, great location for Crested Butte ski resort.

Well appointed condo, especially the kitchen. Clean and spacious, plus having garage parking was very nice. Comfortable living room & den, with reliable cable TV. Bedrooms were comfy, and they, along with the living & dining rooms, had great views. Note that there is no overhead lighting in the bedrooms, but there are table lamps.

Looked nice on line. Was much better in person. Very clean, spectacular views, crisp mornings, warm afternoons, laid back with a capital LB. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive to a minor problem (not of his doing). Would have extended our stay but the property is booked.

Great Say

The condo is perfect for a couple and or a family, with the master up and two full bedrooms and baths down. We stayed as a couple and it works perfect for us. It is located right on the golf course and beautiful views. Were able to play golf most days but did travel some. With the location it keeps you just far enough from Crested Butte so that you do not have to deal with the traffic. Our third year and we hope to make more. could not ask for better landlord/owners

Visiting the grandchildren

We had a long weekend and enjoyed the grandchildren staying with us. The home might be a bit dated but it was spotless and comfortable. And a great location!!
