Keystone 204 is a Beautiful, light, bright, property with unmatched views. The expanded dining area flows seamlessly from the living room and fully equipped kitchen, creating an inviting space for shared meals and gatherings. A cozy stone wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided) anchors the open living area, while two sliding glass doors lead to a spacious balcony overlooking Washington Gulch and Paradise Divide. This end unit offers added privacy, generous bedroom space, updated bathrooms, and convenient proximity to slopes and trails for year-round adventure.

This condo is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. Winter weather can change rapidly, and road conditions may become hazardous. AWD or 4WD vehicles with appropriate winter tires are strongly recommended. Please winterize your vehicle accordingly.

Great stay!

We had the most enjoyable stay. The ski in ski out made access to skiing very simple. The condo was so cozy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our group enjoyed cooking dinners at home and eating together around the dining while the fire was burning. We loved the easy access to town, and look forward to returning!

Basic, Cozy Ski in/Ski out

This unit is part of a condo complex adjacent to the base of the mountain. The unit has a gorgeous stone fire place and includes free firewood. The building construction allows for sound to easily travel so be prepared to hear the unit next to you and above you. We tried to be mindful of our talking volume as well but it's really related to the construction. The unit itself is cute and cozy and has been well loved. It could use a refresh and a serious deep clean. We did not feel our bedding had been properly laundered. The bathroom linens are very basic but do the trick. The dining room is lovely and includes cloth napkins and placements. Overall the unit had european stylings that we appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked, even includes a moka pot for coffee in addition to the drip coffeemaker and an electric tea kettle. The kitchen and kitchen items could use a thorough cleaning - perhaps it's the dishwasher and the dishwasher items aren't checked before being put away? The electric candles are a lovely touch. Be aware the balcony light outside the primary bedroom cannot be shut off - we believed it was a safety measure for the property. It's quite bright. The parking lot is a bit treacherous so beware - especially with ski boots on. The entrance to the building in particular needs salt or a rubber mat to ensure safety for tenants and guests. There is not a blue tooth speaker - there is music player with old iphone port. There is a recycling bin, no compost.

Wonderful ski vacation!

This place was perfect for our ski vacation. It had everything we needed. There was space for hanging out and watching t.v., and a separate room for playing cards, eating, doing puzzles, etc. It even had a separate space for storing equipment and getting ready. The view was spectacular! Highly recommend!

Walk to lift, pre-booked hot tub

Location was very convenient, walk right out to a short drop to the lift. Shared interior space was ideal for putting on gear before going to mountain. The hot tub is shared but is open 3:30-11:00 pm, and you pre-register for time slots in half hour increments via a sign up sheet on the door. My group never had to compete for access to time slots even though we stayed during peak season, so we enjoyed the convenience of having a guaranteed hot tub to ourselves with minimal hassle.

Great location. Plenty of room. Good views. Very few stairs to navigate. Easy to ski down to the west wall lift and easy to ski back to the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious condo on slopes

Separate dining and living room space and lots of porch space. Bunk room housed four teens comfortably. Great storage for ski gear. Terrific communication. Hottub and sauna in basement. Only drawbacks was noise from stairs could be heard in master bedroom but easily covered by a white noise maker if you have one. Overall, an amazing stay for six at a wonderful place. Yayy

Perfect Spot

Just 1/2 flight if stairs is all we dealt with. Place was very easy ski in/out and was very clean and cozy. The wood burning fireplace was added bonus as was the view of the sunset across the valley.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean, well stocked condo. This condo had everything we could have possibly needed. Great location as well. Would recommend and would stay again. Beautiful views. My family didn’t want to leave! Worked great for skiing in and out near west lift. Was a perfect ski getaway.

Loved our stay!

I feel like the photos don’t fully capture how amazing the condo is. It’s big with a very cozy feel to it. Things I loved about it include... Beautiful mountain views with a wood burning fireplace is ideal! They supply an unlimited amount of firewood. A formal dining room where we could all eat together. Plenty of hot water for showers. Lots of storage space to unpack and feel like home. Easy access to ski lifts (took a few min from front door to chair lift). Easy ~8 minute drive to Main St. Things that I don’t entirely love, but can live with include... when people are staying in upstairs unit, we could really hear them (I’m sure the people staying below our unit could hear us too) — just a reality of multiple floors. The queen bed was comfortable but the sheets should be replaced (they’re no longer smooth sheets). Master bath sink doesn’t drain properly. The latter two issues can easily be resolved. I didn’t let any of these “negative” components impact my stay so it’s still a five star review for me! I’d definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to my friends.

Great location!

Loved the location with a lovely view on the corner patio. Happy hour and dinners on the patio were awesome! Be prepared, it’s on the second floor so you’ll hear the third floor guests very easily. Floors are thin😊 Pretty dated but everything was super clean and maid service was great. Had every kitchen utensil imaginable which was great for a two week stay in the summer - we ate in most meals. The location was truly the best. Easy walk to catch the bus to town or to catch the walking/cycling path to town. For skiing guests, it looked like the lift was very, very close to the condo. Also there was lots of parking. Basement washer/drying was ok. Also dated but it worked. Overall we loved our time here only downsides were the dated decor and it was loud - could hear people walking and babies crying at all hours.

Wonderful condo in Mt Crested Butte village,

Everything was as described. The condo was spotlessly clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The property management company could not have been more helpful and very responsive on a holiday weekend. Would highly recommend this unit!
