"Our group had 3 rooms. What a great place. The breakfasts were delicious. The inn was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for a ski vacation. It’s located basically downtown so everything was close. "Our stay was amazing. Purple Mountain was clean and comfortable with easy walking access to downtown. Chris, the host, was phenomenal. From the homemade, exquisite breakfasts to evening happy hour in the living room. Chris was welcoming and we quickly made friends with him, his dogs, and others staying there. Chris was knowledgeable of the area offering places to eat, hike, and alternate routes to drive home for the best views. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Crested...

"Nice location. Friendly staff. Views are not great - we have been placed twice in a room that looks out into the neighboring building that is very close to the property. Nice showers but no bathtub. Poorly insulated rooms allow for you to hear everything in the bathroom across the hallway along with all of your neighbors. "Nice place. Only thing to note if you are thinking about booking. Ask for a room not directly over the bus pick-up spot. It was bus noise non stop. Also, it was right across the street from another condos hot tub and it was a non stop party. They were loud and non stop. I had to call the other condo at 1am to ask them to get it under control, which they did. I could finally go to sleep after that. Also, the listing list toaster on one line and oven on the next. There is no oven. Toaster oven...
