Four-Bedroom Home, Private Hot Tub, Amazing Views

  • Enjoy the Privacy of this comfortable home at Mount Crested Butte. This house is perfect for families or large groups looking to stay close but still enjoying privacy. With it's multiple living room areas, large open kitchen, and private hot tub there plenty of ways to entertain everyone. Within walking distance of free transit lines that will quickly get you to either the lifts or the town making it very accessible for skiing, mountain biking, or just hitting the town.

    The House has a main living room off the front door. This has beautiful wood and leather furnishings, access to the open kitchen, and fully unobstructed views of the mountain and town which are best on balcony connected to the kitchen. From here there is also access to a private 1 car garage. The master has a wonderfully comfortable king size bed with its own private bathroom/shower. Two other bedrooms have Queen size beds with full baths close. The last bedroom is ideally suited for children with 2 twins and a twin size bunk bed. A second living area downstairs contains the only TV in the unit, with integrated internet and cable. This connects to the backyard which has a private 4 person hot tub with perfect views of the mountain, great for winding down after a long day in the high country. We love our fur babies, but this is a no pets house. This house, as nearly all houses in CB are, does not have air conditioning. Air Conditioning is not needed as this house sits at 9,300 feet elevation.

    Mt. CB License# 306188. House has two parking spots, driveway and small garage. There is no room for more than two vehicles.

Beautiful property

This is a lovely, spacious, well equipped house with stunning views in all directions. We enjoyed cooking there, and relaxing in the hot tub. It’s a great location for exploring the area - we went on some amazing hikes and loved wandering around the town of Crested Butte.

Great space and location!

Plenty of space for our group of friends. Super easy to get to the mountain, shuttle is a 1 min walk from the house. The house has everything you would need for an easy stay!

Great Location!

Amazing property and very clean. We were there for a family wedding but went up a few days earlier to enjoy the long 4th of July weekend. This property had an amazing view of the fireworks from the patio and super convenient that free shuttle right at the end of the block. We will definitely be back very soon!

Convenient location for CB Resort

It's a 3 minute walk to the bus stop for the resort, or a 15 minute walk. Nice, well furnished house. Bunk beds were in the same room as the HVAC air handler, which was a little loud. Recommended

Great ski vacation!

We had a great Christmas week at this property. The views from the house and hot tub are top rate! Easy to walk to the shuttle stop and get to the resort and to town. Plenty of sleeping space and hot water for our party of seven. We utilized the grocery pickup service in Gunnison and our shuttle service (Dollys) from the airport picked it up for us. This made it so easy to settle in. The Butte Co was awesome to work with on renting skis, especially after our daughter injured her knee. We recommend the restaurants: Izakaya, Secret Stadh, and the Wooden Nickel…they were great in town. Overall, a really great stay in Crested Butte!

Incredible views and everything we needed

We really loved this house. The views cannot be beat. The location is convenient, too, on the south side of Mount Crested Butte. There was room for all of us and everything was well kept. The garage was fantastic for our bikes and paddleboards, and the house is right on the path to town, so that was superb. We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed, utensil-wise. We could have a used a couple more towels, wash cloths and hand towels for our four-day stay. If you are noise sensitive, this is a tough spot because the road is right there and is loud. But we all managed to adjust to that fine and enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us.
