Come Experience SkiTopia-True Ski In/Out Condo Steps from the SilverQueen Lift

SkiTopia is a mountain lovers dream location, right at the base of beautiful Mt. Crested Butte. You can’t get any closer to the lifts and fun at the base with the Axtell Building location. Evolution Bike Park is literally steps away and the hiking trails are plentiful and easy to access. This condo is freshly remodeled and ready for some fun. Spend your day enjoying the area and town, and enjoy drinks on the huge deck overlooking the mountain vistas and the town. Take advantage of never having to drive with easy access to the free town shuttle running every 15 minutes during the summer and winter season.

Crested Butte has a myriad of outdoor adventures, as well as plenty of quirky and interesting shopping and gourmet options. The last great ski town in Colorado!
Winter and summer activities are plentiful. Summertime brings the most amazing wildflowers in the state and numerous arts and music events. Mountain biking is epic with numerous trails available for all abilities. Hiking is breathtaking with some of the best views in Colorado. This is the spot you want to be for summer fun!
Easy access to amazing adventures with hiking in the wildflowers, numerous summer festivals, mountain biking, rock climbing, horseback riding, and even tennis in the town center!

*** This property is located in the Axtell Building which doesn't have an elevator. There are 3 flights of stairs to climb, but it's definitely worth the exercise for the location, the beautiful condo, and the amazing views from the oversized deck with the afternoon sun!

*** The fireplace isn't operable but has a nice grouping of candles for a nice atmosphere.

The condo was spacious and plenty of room for 6 people. The host was responsive and ensured that the place was perfect for our stay. The location is also perfect and close to the free shuttle that takes you around which was great! Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

Great Location

Location on the mountain was great. The condo itself was wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. The bus down to the town was super easy, making it super easy for us to function without a rental car.

Super getaway for 3 days on the mountain

Key to the success of an extended weekend of ski/snowboarding is easy, easy, easy! Sonya is great, the location is great, the condo had everything we needed. Yes, there are stairs, but well worth it! We will be back.

Condo is in great location, close to lifts. Only downsides are the 3-4 flights of stairs you need to climb, small bathrooms and limited parking spaces.

What a wonderful place to stay!

Everything was fantastic. Location especially. Only complaint came from our teenagers about the lack of ability of streaming services. Minor issue when the goal is to be on the mountain!

Week in Crested Butte

Great property if you are looking for something at the base of the mountain. It was not an issue for us but the condo is up three flights of stairs which may be an issue for some.

Premium Access and Location

Location is unbeatable to catch first chair on a powder day. The condo was well stocked, clean, and very well located for the lifts and bus to town of Crested Butte. The hidden gem was the patio that got ample afternoon sunshine to enjoy apres with family. It is on the 4th floor, so be prepared for some stair action. We visit Crested Butte often and will now make this one of our primary locations.

Great location for summer time!

Very spacey place, came to see wildflowers! Shuttle available to take you down town! Great views from the fourth floor! We were going to use hot tub but didn’t realize it wasn’t available past 9pm. Sonya was able to help us with finding parking as we brought 2 vehicles but were only allowed one vehicle in the parking lot, ended up working well! I recommend staying here if you have a chance!

Location, location, location!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the property and would choose to stay again. It is literally steps from the Silver Queen lift and has a convenient locker for storing gear about 10 feet from where you put your skis on! Well appointed, clean and enough room for the teens to have their space upstairs. Close to the convenient bus system that runs transportation to the town of Crested Butte and Gunnison. The owner wowed us with some creature comforts during the stay and a warm welcome. Washer and dryer very convenient too! If you are looking for something in the ski village steps from the lift, then this is the place!

Spoiled with ski-in, ski-out

Our family has been coming to Colorado every winter for the last 11 years. This is our first time staying at a true ski-in, ski-out and now we are spoiled. It was so convenient to throw on our equipment and be in the lift line early. We enjoyed coming back to the condo for lunch each day. This unit was perfectly designed for our family of 5 (we have 3 teenagers). The loft area was their space to relax and enjoy. They provide a lot of different options of games, which we used each evening.

Ski-in/Ski-out Crested Butte

Skitopia provided everything we needed for our Crested Butte ski trip for my wife and 2 children(9&11). Walk down 2 flights of stairs and you are at Silver Queen lift, plus the storage locker to store our ski equipment was very convenient. The room was fully stocked and decorated for Christmas. Our children enjoyed the loft to themselves that had board games and a TV. We had humidifiers, fans, electric heaters, washer/dryer, & a smart tv in the loft. My wife cooked our meals all week and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, & dishes to do so. Really a home away from home!
