"Check in a breeze. Room was extremely comfortable with all expected amenities. Grounds were clean and secure. Breezed through the breakfast area to grab some coffee for the road and it appeared to have a nice variety food.Will definitely stay again, hopefully for more than just one night so I can enjoy the pool and outdoor sitting area."

"The staff was terrific! They were friendly, professional, and made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely return because of them. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the noise. We were awakened at 5:30 AM by a delivery truck parked directly outside our window. The room offered virtually no sound insulation from the outside, and it felt as though the truck was right inside the room. For anyone hoping to get a good night's sleep, this was very disappointing."

"Room and amenities were very clean and in great condition, staff were friendly as well! No breakfast included but that wasn’t a problem for us as each room had a coffee machine and fridge. There was always parking, even at night when everyone returned to the hotel. Great stay overall."

"Very clean property. Rooms were good, but the A/C unit below the window is LOUD. Thermostat on the wall controls the temp but the unit was crazy loud. That’s really the only complaint. Everything else about the property was fine and the people were very nice."

"My second stay at the Hacienda was just as enjoyable. A few friends joined me for a girl’s getaway and it was perfect! A quick walk to downtown there were plenty of restaurants, bars & shops, but we spent much of our time at the Hacienda. "Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music...

"Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Staff was super nice and always helpful. The biggest issue I had (and granted, it’s minor) was there was Shampoo and Conditioner in the shower, but not body wash. They had bar soap but that is so bad for your skin. Parking is generally accessible around the hotel, or free in the garage at back. The location is very convenient to the up and coming town of New Port Richey which is also nice."
