Esta propiedad es una joya única frente! La casa recién comprado y renovado fue construido sobre Baisdens Bluff que permite las mejores vistas del río y de la Media Luna pantanos. Está convenientemente ubicado a 40 minutos del aeropuerto de Savannah. St. Isla de Simón, Darien, Shellman Bluff y la isla de Sapelo están cerca en la proximidad y divertido para explorar.

Mientras que en el interior, la casa cuenta con puertas francesas en la espalda para disfrutar del paisaje. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, televisión de pantalla plana con la visualización de Apple TV y ventanales con vistas al río escénico. Una bañera grande y una ducha con dos cabezas son características añadidas al baño principal. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y TV para disfrute de los huéspedes. Un tercer cuarto de abajo tiene capacidad para cuatro en dos juegos de literas y es un lugar divertido para todos los niños a dormir. Hay un baño adicional con bañera / ducha que se repartirán entre estos dos dormitorios. Arriba se encuentra un cuarto dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio y un baño con una antigua bañera con patas / ducha. Cada una de las habitaciones está muy bien decorado y con accesorios para su mayor comodidad.

La sala de estar está diseñado como un plan de piso abierto con un techo abovedado. Incluye un montón de asientos para toda la familia para disfrutar y una televisión de pantalla plana con la visualización de Apple TV. Otra característica maravillosa es una cama de balanceo de interior situado en un rincón de lectura. La cocina está equipada actualizado con todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y los topes de concreto modernas para completar el look. La mesa de comedor interior tiene capacidad para 6 huéspedes y hay encimera de asientos con capacidad para un período adicional de cuatro personas. El lavadero está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la cocina y está equipado con una nueva lavadora y secadora. También hay un medio baño, que es de fácil acceso.

Al aire libre hay un porche trasero de generosas dimensiones con vistas al río y el pantano, un patio con mesa de picnic y una malla en porche con mesas al aire libre para 8 personas. We thoroughly enjoyed this area of Georgia and the location of the house. We brought our boat and had fun going through the marsh rivers to the other islands. It was great just walking out the back door to the beautiful view, dock and access to the waterways. The owner was so helpful with all our navigation questions and very enthusiastic about the area! The house itself needed some serious attention. It needs updating and several things need to be repaired or just attended to. It does have a charming beach cabin type feel.

Grand kids and sons celebrated with Mimi and Papa on Papa’s birthday House was perfect and the view from the house overlooking Cresent River and marshes was breathtaking , sunrises were majestic.Plenty of room for everyone and kitchen/eating area was very convenient.

It was a great property in a good location. I came to spend the weekend fishing and it rained all but 2 hours of daylight. I am definitely planning on coming back real soon with better weather conditions. Host was very helpful and available for all questions and concerns. I recommend this place to anyone.

An amazing place and a great host. The house is awesome with all amenities we could need. Pat was great about reaching out way ahead of check in date and happy to help with any issues (although there were none). We even asked if he would sell the place to us but as expected he likes it too much as we did. We will be back!! My wife asked if we could go back for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break!! We may if it’s not already taken. Thank you Pat for a great week in a secluded retreat!!

We had a wonderful stay! We have never had a more attentive owner for any vacation home we have rented. Mr. Tap was amazing. The home is beautiful with plenty of room for all of us to roam. Some of us enjoyed kayaking 😉. Mr. Tap even helped us locate a dolphin tour in Jekyll Island that was so much fun for everyone.

We were atria wedding in in the area and didn’t want to stay in a hotel so this housewarming perfect. The view of the marsh was beautiful and the breeze on the veranda was so relaxing. I heartily recommend this home to everyone. Also it was very convenient to interstate 95.

My family has stayed in this house many times and each time has been a wonderful experience. Mr. Parker is great to work with and is very hospitable. Gorgeous views, we love to kayak and fish. Deep water lot if you want to bring a boat. B had the huge (probably been there a while) sheep head on the line but the fish broke loose before we could net it. Maybe next time!

Incredible location overlooking the salt marsh. The home was large w space for a big group. We are already planning another stay w more family. The location provided access to day trips to St Simon Island, a tour to Sapelo Island, and just an hour to Savannah. Well equipped kitchen was great, we like to cook. Fire pit and the BBQ grill were handy as well. Very comfortable for relaxing at the house on a rainy day. Overall, an exceptional experience. Padding is dolphins will be a memory we will have forever

Beautiful place to stay with comfortable, clean beds and furniture. Lots of room in the house and ample restrooms for a crowd. Gorgeous view of the river and marsh through the back door with the sturdy dock for crabbing/fishing. Just a wonderful stay for our family and the homeowner is very responsive and helpful. Definitely intend to return!

Crescent View is a nice house in an incredible setting. The home is spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. The mattresses are of good quality and there's lots of indoor and outdoor space. But the backyard overlooking the marsh is magic. We were five adult women and had a great time cooking together, doing puzzles, getting out the kayaks and reading/napping. It was the perfect weekend. Thank you!!

I stayed here with my 2 grown children and their partners over Christmas. We had plenty of seating and a wonderful table where we could enjoy meals, games and a puzzle. The most stunning thing about this house, though, is the view. The minute you come through the front door the marsh is the main attraction. Opposite the front door is a bank of windows showcasing the spectacular view of the marsh down below. The marsh is the star of this house! I enjoyed the sunrise on the back porch every morning while my “kids” slept in, and we all enjoyed the moonrise while sitting around the fire pit at night. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I definitely recommend this beautiful home.

The house was beautiful and open. All five of us had plenty of room for our long weekend. The view of the marsh was so beautiful. We watched the sun rise every morning and even got to see the full moon rise over the marsh. We had a really wonderful trip.

“Crescent View”5511 HW99in Townsend GA. Is beautiful, well maintained and within 10 min. of Shellmans Bluff which is where we met our fishing guide. Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture, real fireplace. It is wonderful. I will go back for sure.

The house and property were perfect. Tap, the owner was very helpful with giving us information on places to go and restaurants to try. We had a total of 8 adults and 2 children and everyone had a blast. I loved that the home was in a remote and quiet area, yet close enough to beaches and restaurants. We took the ferry and did a tour of Sapelo Island. We went to Fort King George. We stopped into Peach World for some goodies and also checked out the Tiny Church. We went to Brunswick on a rainy day and went bowling and played indoor blacklight mini golf. We visited Jekyll Island Beach for a day and also made a stop to see driftwood beach on the island. We visited St. Simon's Island for shopping and went to Fort Frederica. We ate at Hunter's Cafe in Shellman Bluff, Skippers Seafood Camp in Darien, Altman's Restaurant in Townsend and Mudcat Charlie's in Brunswick. We were going to pop into Savannah but decided to spend more time enjoying the comfort and relaxation of the home with fishing and crabbing. This property is amazing with stunning views, privacy and amenities. Tap is an A+ host, he took care of everything we needed and was very helpful and always available. We will definitely stay again if we travel back to that area. Lots of room for everyone and we all had a great time hanging out enjoying the view, kayaking, fishing and even dolphin watching.

This is a very nice home with plenty of room and amazing views. It is tucked away from all of the hustle and bustle, but restaurants and grocery stores are a short drive away. We had a relaxing weekend with our family in this beautiful home.
