This 120 m² holiday cottage is on two levels (ground floor + first floor) and features a living room, a lounge (with a sofa bed) and a wood-burning stove, a toilet, and a laundry room (with shower) on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), one with two single beds (80 cm) that can be joined together, and one with two single beds (70 cm) that can also be joined together. There is also a separate toilet and a large bathroom. The cottage has central heating (pellet boiler) and a carport. Roanne is 30 minutes away, and Saint-Étienne is an hour away. The lakes of Noirétable and Villerest are 20 minutes away, ideal for hiking or swimming. To make your stay even more comfortable, utilities and bed linen are included in the rental price. A visit to the farm is possible. The cottage is located in the farm's former farmhouse and has its own entrance, courtyard, and private terrace (the surrounding area was being finished during the summer of 2020). In the heart of the countryside, just 1.5 km from the village center and all its amenities. For your comfort, bed linen is provided, as is firewood for the wood-burning stove. You'll appreciate the south-facing terrace, accessible directly from the living room, or, if you prefer shade, the adjoining old barn. The owner, a farmer (dairy and Label Rouge poultry breeder), will offer you a tour of his farm, for an unforgettable experience with the animals. This very old house was recorded on the Napoleonic land registry in 1820 and is typical of the Roannais architecture, with its balcony and wooden door and window frames.
