  • Our cozy unit is located right on and beside trails 31 & 32 of the famous Devil Anse trail system. This means you can easily hop on your ATV, dirt bike, mountain bike, or horse and hit the trails right from our doorstep. And when you`re done for the day, unwind in our comfortable, newly furnished unit. With a full kitchen, spacious living room with smart TV and wi-fi, and comfortable King and Queen beds, our unit has all the comforts of home. And, with enough room to accommodate up to 10 guests, it`s perfect for families or groups of friends. Plus, with its close proximity to popular locations like Matewan, Rockhouse, Devil Anse, and Buffalo systems, you`ll have plenty of opportunities for exploring the fascinating history and breathtaking scenery of Red Jacket and the surrounding areas.

    During your stay, don`t forget to check out the town of Matewan, just 2.4 miles away. This charming town is known for its role in the Hatfield-McCoy feud and the historic `Battle of Matewan,` which is commemorated by a museum dedicated to the event. You`ll also find plenty of convenient amenities, such as food, gas, and a carwash, all within a mile of our unit.

    So whether you`re seeking an action-packed adventure or a peaceful retreat in nature, our little piece of Heaven in Red Jacket is the perfect destination. Book your stay now and discover all that this beautiful area has to offer!

    Rules:
    No parties, no outside vendors, no overnight guests without our approval prior to your stay.
    Do not engage in illegal activity on the property at any time.
    If you break or damage anything in or on the property, please let us know so we can arrange for its repair before the next guest’s arrival.
    No smoking
    Pets are allowed with $100 pet fee, however, please keep them off the couches and bed. If comforter has to be deep cleaned due to animals there will be a fee.
    Any missing items from the home that are not returned will result in fees for each item.

Very nice place to stay! Very clean, great service, good location, and friendly neighbors. While it could sleep 10 guests, only 6 seats are available at the table and 5 in the living room but we brought in our camping chairs. There were plenty of towels for us and never ran out of anything. It was a great family trip!

Great communication

It was a great experience, plenty of parking with atvs, truck and trailers with space for kids to play. Right next to trials and restaurants. It was a Great experience! Owners were very quick to respond and available anytime.

We had such an amazing time! Enough trailer parking for 2 trucks and trailers. Was super easy to communicate with the owner. We will definitely be staying there again

Great spot for Hatfield trails

Nice spot to rest your head in between trail activities. Trail access right down the street. Everything worked in the home and it was pretty clean. Planning on booking again next year.

4 wheeling at Hatfield McCoy trails

This property was just like the pictures. We cooked there and used the outside grill. Everything worked as it should and the beds were all comfortable! The washer and dryer were a plus! Plenty of hot water for showers. I would rent again.

Good overall, dishwasher didn't seem to work, wasn't a big deal tho. Great location for riding, private setting, had room for 2 trucks and trailers for parking.
