"The location to Durango, Purgatory and Silverton was perfect without being in the crowds. The size was just right for the two of us. My only disappointments was that there was no washer and dryer. I had read that they provided laundry detergent and assumed they had washer and dryer but there is one within the building. If you have trouble with cigarette smoke or pot, SOMETIMES you can smell it in the kitchen from the neighbors nearby in the hall. You can definitely smell it out the front door....
