Located nearby is the train line, so, enjoy a day trip out on the train to the cathedral city of Exeter, which combines high street shopping with places of interest such as the Roman wall and the ancient cathedral. For those looking for the coast you have plenty to choose from, to the north you have the beautiful village of Croyde which offers a sandy beach and to the south you have the dramatic red cliffs of Sidmouth.

After a long day of exploring, head up the stairs where you will find two charming bedrooms, which offer one double and one twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request). Also, on this floor you will find the bathroom which consists of a shower over bath and WC.

Venture outside where the whole family can enjoy the enclosed garden area with wire mesh on the fencing. There is a patio area with garden furniture and a lawn area with views across the valley.
